Located in the heart of the historic center, close to the Palais des Papes and the famous Pont d'Avignon but also close to shops and restaurants, the calm of this apartment and the freshness of its small terrace will seduce you.

The towels looked liked they should be replaced and only 1 bath towel for 2 occupants. The bed was extremely noisy though relatively comfortable. We did not have as much as one little bar of soap to get us by until we got to the grocery, no tea towel. It was dated which we expected being in the old city center but was laking in the basics as explained above.’

Great local neighborhood

The apartment is located in a very local area which was great. Avignon is a very popular tourist destination. The apartment is on the first floor which makes opening the windows noisy. Good value.

Good local

The owner met us and showed us around. Place was clean, useable, good shower, good kitchen. Close to shopping and Place Pie. Food market and flower market close. The big bummer was parking. The Des Halles was close but 10 Euros a night. I paid nearly 50 Euros for my stay.

Nous avons passé un agreable sejour dans cet appartement tres bien placé et calme qui reste frais meme sans clim. Des petits complements seraient a prevoir au niveau des ustensils de cuisine et de la vaisselle. Une bonne adresse pour passer quelques jours pendant le festival.

Está muy bien situado y con todos los servicios a un paso, muy céntrico. Tamaño justo para no dar trabajo y disfrutar de todo el tiempo de vacaciones. Lo recomiendo.

Schönes kleines Appartement im Stadtkern

Das schnuckelige 2-Zimmer-Appartement liegt mitten im alten Stadtkern. Man erreicht den Bäcker, Käseladen, einen Supermarkt und viele Restaurants und Wein-Bars in nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Für 1 - 2 Personen ist die kleine Wohnung optimal. Gemütlich, viel Stauraum und eine gute Grundausstattung. Nach einem Mißverständnis bei der Buchung wurde schnell ein guter Kompromiss gefunden. Der kleine Außenbereich war für mich als Raucher richtig klasse.

Mitigé

Petit appartement assez bien situé à 10 minutes à pieds des Halles dans une rue calme. Petite cour intérieure agréable mais non éclairée (ampoule non changée), pas de papier toilette, pas de torchon en cuisine ... Anecdote : Une clé cassée par un locataire d’un autre appartement dans la serrure de la porte principale, trois heures d’attente à la porte sans parvenir à joindre la propriétaire (qui s’est contentée d’un appel quelques temps après sans venir sur les lieux) ; heureusement celle d’un des autres appartements loués à été plus réactive et impliquée et s’est occupée de changer la serrure, de fournir à chacun une nouvelle clé avec grande gentillesse. Pour l’arrivée on a tout de même une petite bouteille d’eau dans réfrigérateur, deux doses de café et de thé dans une corbeille et une petite poche poubelle. Bref, point positifs : lieu propre, bien aménagé et bien assez bien situé, sinon j’ai connu sur Avignon des locations avec plus de mansuétude de la part des propriétaires des lieux.

Je prends note de vos remarques et veillerais désormais pour que le torchon de cuisine soit plus visible. Par ailleurs, je note qu'une ampoule qui grille semble être un point négatif ... un locataire de l'immeuble casse sa clé de la porte d'entrée , cela me semble être un cas de force majeure en ce qui me concerne et bien que je sois désolée du désagrément , le serrurier a été appelé et le problème réglé aussi vite que possible. Cela me semble être l'essentiel. Que chacun des propriétaires gère à son tour les problèmes pouvant survenir en fonction de ses disponibilités est généralement considéré comme une bonne méthode ! Je suis enfin désolée que le plateau de bienvenue ne vous convienne pas et vous invite à vous tourner vers les endroits munis d'un mini bar et d'un petit déjeuner offert.

Lovely apartment in Avignon!

The apartment is cute, and located on a quiet, picturesque, central street. Christine was extremely generous and easy to communicate with (even though my French is limited). Stay here when it is warm so you can use the garden space! Merci Christine!

It’s a value....

The owner is very helpful. The location is great. The bed makes noise when you get in or out so if you get up in the middle of the night hope your partner is a deep sleeper. The towels in the bathroom are thin and there are no towels in the kitchen. All the neighbors windows look down on to the patio.
