Pleasant chalet in a property of 2 hectares in the woods of Laoul on the heights of Bourg-Saint-Andéol, 320 m above sea level, south of the Ardèche, 15 minutes from the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Cave of the Pont d'Arc.
Ideally located between southern Ardèche and Drôme Provençale.
