Amazing location, ground floor in building #2, directly next door to the left of the clubhouse. This one bedroom with a queen size bed, has just been given a set of new top grain leather sofas complementing its comfy leather recliner. There are tv's and cable boxes in both the bedroom and living room along with your wifi. Living at Anasazi Village also offers you a full size washer and dryer and lots of storage.
Our unit is on the ground floor, next to the clubhouse, gym, recreation area, business office and is the perfect location! It is what sets our unit apart from all the others on the market. It is quiet, even on the ground floor. Your assigned covered parking space is perfect, only steps away from your front door. The clubhouse with the main pool, spa, gym and all the fun activities that take place can happen by rolling off your bed, out the sliding glass doors and a very quick walk you are there! Building 2 is the closest one to the clubhouse and best building in the Community offering lots of extra parking too.
Our Complex features 5 different pools, 4 of them are heated, fitness center, club house, and billiards room. Located right on Stone Creek golf course and also quick access to freeways, can take you downtown or to Scottsdale in minutes. Lots of shopping and dining options are all within walking distance.

The condo & the complex are amazing. The condo is perfect for two people & has all the comforts of home. The sliding doors in the bedroom open up to the balcony. The five pools at the complex are never busy. The grounds were beautiful & this condo has a wonderful view of the main pool. The location in Paradise Valley is perfect & not more than a 20 minute drive to restaurants & shopping in historic Scottsdale, plus there is shopping & restaurants within walking distance. Also there are many hiking trails within a 15 minute drive.

What makes this property unique

Perfect for those who enjoy golfing (Stonecreek Golf Course is walking distance); playing tennis (Roadrunner Park - a quick drive 2mi drive); drive to the Salt Creek river and enjoy a day of tubing. There are also so many hikes, walks, biking trails you can enjoy.

NO STAIRS AND PARKING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE UNIT. THE VERY BEST OPTION FOR SNOW BIRDS.
