Excelente alojamiento en Bilbao: céntrico, cómodo, moderno, muy bien equipado

Este apartamento tiene muy buena ubicación en el centro, y está muy bien comunicado si quieres ir a otras zonas menos céntricas. El apartamento se ha reformado hace poco y está en un estado excelente, muy cuidado. Tiene dos baños completos con duchas muy buenas, uno es tan nuevo que creo que lo estrenamos nosotros. Todo impecable, muy limpio, incluso con ropa de cama de repuesto con plásticos de la tintorería. Es muy amplio, ideal para familias y grupos de amigos. Tiene de todo, desde cocina totalmente equipada, hasta baúl con juguetes y libros infantiles, altavoz bluetooth, CDs de música, TV con Netflix, TVs en los dormitorios y salón, almohadas ergonómicas. Es tranquilo y se accede muy bien, un primer piso y además con ascensor. La anfitriona es excelente, muy atenta, muy amable, te da toda la información que puedas necesitar, y muy detallista. ¡Volveremos seguro!

Not a good experience. Would not recommend. Set of rules presented on arrival but not advised prior. Dirty crockery, reported to host who blamed cleaner, on departure sheets were to be folded & left on bed...??? Re-use. Ensuite sink drained into shower & to empty the water from the shower the toilet had to be flushed.

Genial!!

Estuvimos el puente del 1 de mayo, eramos 7 personas y todo fue muy bien. El apartamento muy acogedor, confortable y limpio. Las camas perfectas. Ubicación ideal el centro 10 minutos andando en un agradable paseo ó bien se puede coger el metro ó bus porque la estación está al lado. Itziar, la propietaria, tanto antes de la llegada cómo después muy atenta y accesible en todo momento. Sin dudarlo si vuelvo a Bilbao volveré al mismo apartamento .

Bien situado y muy bien cuidado

El piso está en perfectas condiciones y tiene muy buena situación, muy cerca de San Mamés. En nuestro caso éramos 4 adultos y 4 niños y la estancia fue muy agradable. Los 4 niños tenían su habitación de literas y cada pareja su habitación con baño. La cocina y el salón están totalmente equipados. Repetiremos en breve seguro!!

Vivienda muy cuidada y bien situada

Es una casa preparada con todas las comodidades, tiene todo lo que se precisa y más. Itziar es muy amable y atenta. Tuvimos una estancia muy grata los cuatro días que estuvimos, éramos 5 adultos y dos niños. La recomiendo sinceramente.

Good location & excellent service

This is a cosy apartment near everything in Bilbao. We were party of two adults with their kids (ages between 5-9): adults had their own nice bedrooms and kids shared one bedroom. The service level of the owner is just beyond everything! They were there to help when the airline lost our luggage (offered to lend their kids' clothes) or when we needed some extra help with the local taxi company, for example. We travel very much but the service here was something unimaginable! We can warmly recommend this apartment when visiting Bilbao!

Estupendo piso!!

Maravilloso piso, con todo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones. La zona es estupenda. Las camas son cómodas, todo está limpio. Hay televisión en todos los dormitorios (aunque lo normal es estar conociendo Bilbao). En la cocina no falta de nada, sólo hemos desayunado (y sin duda hay que probar los pintxos), ya que el resto del día estabamos fuera, pero estupendamente. Totalmente recomendable... y su dueña es un encanto! Sin duda repetiría. Espero ayudaros a elegir alojamiento con estas referencias!

Todo genial

Desde el primer momento Itziar ( la dueña) nos facilitó información sobre transporte, lugares de pintxos, supers, donde aparcar... El apartamento estaba perfecto con ropa de cama y toallas suficientes. Lo recomiendo por su ubicación y comodidad.

Excelente comunicacion y rspuestas de propietaria

Finalmente no hemos podido desplazarnos a Bilbao, pero la interacción con Itziar, propietaria de la vivienda, ha sido fantástica: respuesta inmediata a la solicitud de reserva con total amabilidad y ofreciendose para cualquier consulta de información turística adicional. Igualmente amable a la hora se gestionar la cancelación de la reserva.

Wonderful place

The home was clean, spacious, well-maintained and in a great location. We were able to walk everywhere, and the subway entrance was very nearby. We only speak english, so we were worried we would have some communication barriers, but the owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating. She was able to answer all of our questions before and during our stay. She responded to all of our communications promptly. I would 100% recommend this place to all of my friends and family.

Vinieron unos parientes para celebrar una reunión familiar y la casa está muy bien situada, en el centro de Bilbao; todas las características que se detallan en la pagina web eran correctas. Estaba limpia y con pequeños detalles que hacían la casa aún más acogedora. La propietaria estuvo en todo momento localizable y encantadora. El pago se hace en libras, pero no supone ningún problema, porque el cambio es el de mercado; la devolución de la fianza fué tramitada con rapidez. Realmente recomendable.

Cómoda estancia en Bilbao

Realizamos el pasado agosto un viaje familiar a Bilbao y decidimos pasar unas noches en este piso. Éramos nueve y resultó ser lo bastante grande y confortable para todos. La zona es tranquila, cerca del estadio San Mamés y con buena comunicación por metro al centro. No tuvimos ningún problema con el alojamiento ni con los dueños, que se portaron muy bien con nosotros. Para repetir.

Wonderful property and great owner!

Stayed for two nights at this property. It is nice, modern clean and in a great location. Has all the amenities that you could ever need. Walking distance from the sights of bilbao. The Ower was very friendly and helpful. She sent us lots of useful information and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone!
