Pretty sweet and charming house

Pretty old house of 80m2 fully renovated and equipped, with a large bedroom with 1 double bed and 2 twin beds, and on request cot and baby bath. The adjoining bathroom with toilet and a small bedroom with 1 double bed, an old stone staircase. This place is very pleasant and quiet offering relaxation thanks to a 100m2 garden, a barbecue and a terrace, a sandpit with games, a swing for children to play in the garden, fully fenced. Tourist documents, books, board games are available.
Cool house in summer and suitable for the whole family. The equipped kitchen overlooks the garden and the terrace, it is equipped with everything you need to make a good meal, a kettle and a Dolce Gusto coffee maker. It is an old house with stairs on 2 stone levels, they are unsuitable for people with balance problems or with reduced mobility however a safety barrier is available for children.

Séjour court mais au top ! Tout est à disposition (linge de toilette, wifi, jeu de société, balançoire…) vraiment bien ! Seul petit bémol, avec des enfants en bas âge, les escaliers sont un peu dangereuse …

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Loudun. La maison est atypique avec ses différents niveaux. La fraicheur du salon est appréciable en période de fortes chaleurs ! Elle est très bien située, proche du centre-ville, de la piscine (10 min à pieds). Très bon accueil.

Très jolie maison, bien arrangée, avec un bel extérieur et son barbecue. Personnellement, j'ai adoré cette grande cuisine salle à manger. Bien située. Pour les déplacements, Leclerc, juste derrière. Centre ville à pied.

Belle petite maison refaite à neuf. Pièces confortables et fonctionnelles. Propriétaire très agréable. Seul petit bémol, les escaliers qui peuvent être un peu dangereux, un petit éclairage par led pour la nuit pourrait être une idée.
