House with fireplace, all comfort well equipped, two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, bathroom, mountain views, 700 meters above sea level, in the center of the village MASSAT all commerce, quiet garden with barbecue for good grills . In the immediate vicinity of hiking trails, riding club, river five minutes walk for picnics and swimming. For athletes: hikers will find their happiness in summer and winter (provide snowshoes;) rental on site) in the forests adjacent to the pond of Lers, our cycling friends will be able to face the various passes borrowed by the tour of France and for the lovers of the turns and laces friends bikers the corner is made for you.

Des propriétaires très gentils et très accessibles. Un logement fonctionnel pour notre famille de 5, une terrasse qui permet de profiter des soirées d'été avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Lors des fortes chaleur, le logement reste plutôt frais. La salle d'eau est très petite, mais nous le savions en y allant.Le logement est idéalement situé pour varier les visites, les randonnées et les paysages.

ubicación muy tranquila

Buscamos un lugar tranquilo para nosotros y nuestra perrita. El mobiliario es antiguo y quizás necesitaría una modernización con más espacios para el visitante (sobretodo en la cocina y una de las habitacione) y menos "trastos". La ducha debe mejorar.

Totalement conforme à l'annonce

Propriétaire charmante et conciliante. Procédure d'accueil impeccable (ponctualité, prise en charge, explications...). Le gîte est bien équipé, confortable et très bien chauffé. Petit bémol concernant la douche, assez petite. Le jardin est bien clôturé, idéal avec un chien. Tranquilité assurée, environnement très calme. Emplacement parfait pour les balades, randonnées.

la douche serai plus pratique avec des parois rigides. Pour les déchés ménagers, il serait agréable de pouvoir séparer les recyclables des autres déchets.

Les plus : la situation, dans le village mais au calme, la possibilité de manger dehors sur la petite terrasse Les moins : un équipement parfois "limite" (aucun rangement dans la chambre 2 ni dans la SdB, pas de grille pain, rien pour poser le moindre savon dans la douche, ...) et matelas chambre 1 fatigué

BON SEJOUR POINTS A AMELIORER

Points forts : accueil sympa, calme, propreté, très bonne literie, parking privé, petit jardin Points faibles : Salle d'eau à revoir : inondation systématique après la douche (odeurs d'humidité permanente) pas de rangement suffisant pour nécessaire toilette. Eclairage très insuffisant dans la pièce de vie, impossible de lire en fin de soirée. Penderie de la pièce de vie à mettre dans la 2ème chambre (les vêtements prennent les odeurs de cuisine car il n'y a pas de hotte d'aspiration) Escalier d'accès à l'étage abrupt. Logement déconseillé pour personne à mobilité réduite.

Bonjour ! Pour ce qui est de l’humidité dans la salle de bain ! Je pense qu’il aurait fallu sortir les serviettes les laisser sécher dehors au lieu de les empiler dans le bac à douche , et quand je souhaiterais réorganiser mon gîte je vous en ferai part , promis !
