Private terrace and BBQ, parking and use of grounds (10 acres). Abundant wildlife, vineyards, forests, lake beach 10 minutes away. Just 35 minutes from both Tours and Le Mans and walks and 1 km from nearest village for your morning croissants! Electric heating.
