Ideally located between Charente and Dordogne, this beautifully restored 16th century farmhouse overlooks the rolling countryside. In the heart of a large garden, the private secured pool (10x5m) is facing south. Pétanque pitch, ping-pong table, various games are recreational elements for young and old. 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 large rooms of life, allow to enjoy the house in cool and quiet. Possibility of eating outside in the shade of trees to enjoy the magnificent view!
