Beachfront Suite - Second Floor - Sleeps 4 - Pool and Sauna!

Summary:

'Hello Squiddy' is what we call this eclectic oceanfront condo. It can sleep up to four people by way of a king size bed, and a sofa bed. It has two full bathrooms and a full kitchen with its own dishwasher. This isn't a hotel room, this is a home! The beach access is literally right out the oceanside window. If the weather is stormy, stay inside and watch the waves from the amazing view of the oceanside suite. Don't forget about our indoor heated saltwater pool and dry sauna!



The Space:

Welcome to "Hello Squiddy," a fun, eclectic beachfront condo that is also known as Sea Gypsy Unit 216. This is one of the newest condo to join the Sea Gypsy Rentals family.



The condo will accommodate up to four vacationers comfortably. The the bed in the living room folds away during the day, giving you more room to play. There is a new king bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room.  There are two full bathrooms and a full kitchen that includes a dishwasher and a Keurig. 



This condo is a true gem. On top of all its wonderful features —including two brand new 55-inch Roku TVs — the unobstructed ocean view simply cannot be beat.



Ready for the beach? The Sea Gypsy has three beach access points, all with just a few steps down to the sand. Arguably, we have the best beach access in Lincoln City and the entire Oregon coast. The D River (which is the world's shortest) is right next to our building, featuring shallow areas for children to play in. Our facility is both beachfront and riverfront.



Walk 10-15 minutes to the north where you will find natural tidepools.



The Sea Gypsy has an indoor saltwater pool, plus a sauna. There are two gas grill on site, as well as a laundry facility.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.



This is a 2nd floor unit, there are 16 steps required to access the unit.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
