Olivia Texas, quiet, tranquil location beautiful vies of Keller Bay.
Nice bay house on almost 1/2 acre, 1/3 of a mile off Keller Bay!!. Beautiful sunrises off our new elevated deck!! Fenced in yard with gated driveways Awesome fishing from public bulk heads, rock lined shores and public boat ramp walking distance from home, Nice quiet community. 2 bedroom , and 1 bath. 1Queen size beds + Pull out sleep sofa in the living room and Day bed trundle in sun bedroom.
Perfect place for the avid fisherman with kayak launches, boat ramps, and 3 different bay systems all within 15 minutes of each other, Lake Texana is a short skip away also for fresh water fishing. Our local favorites include Lavaca bluff winery near Lolita, Taiyo sushi in Port Lavaca, Bayside seafood, Port Lavaca beach with splash pads for kids and very large piers for outdoor walking and exploring. Quietness of being out of town but close to the convenience of entertainment and stores nearby.
