This 17 m² ground-floor apartment overlooks the pedestrian garden of the residence and faces north. It is 400 meters from the center of Lamalou-les-Bains and 650 meters from the thermal baths. The apartment features a kitchenette with a two-burner electric hob, oven, microwave, and small refrigerator, opening onto the main living area. The living area includes a double sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, a table and chairs, and a single bed (80 cm) in the entrance hall. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
