Valley Isle 1105 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo located on the 11th floor, and offers ocean views from your private lanai and a private washer/dryer. This resort has elevators for easy access. Unit 1105 can accommodate up to 4 guests. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and an updated bathroom featuring a tiled walk-in shower. The living area features a brand-new queen-size sofa sleeper with a 5-inch memory foam mattress. Catch stunning ocean views from inside the living area. A dining table with four chairs is located near the kitchen and additional seating can be found around the countertop.

While this condo does not have air conditioning, the unit benefits from ocean breezes on windy days. You can keep the front security screen door and lanai door open to let the natural breeze air the space in traditional Hawaiian fashion. The lanai is spacious and equipped with a table and chairs for four, making it ideal for dining al fresco. Take advantage of site-seeing from this vantage point with the available binoculars that are located within the condo. The fully remodeled kitchen is an ideal spot to craft your favorite meals. Equipped with custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances this space is ready for any culinary adventure.

Valley Isle Resort is an oceanfront condominium situated on Kahana Bay that boasts ocean views from both buildings. This stunning 12-story Hawaiian-style resort offers a beachfront pool, direct beach access, poolside barbeques, and lush gardens. There are 2 elevators available for guest use. The beach width may vary with the tide and season, but Pohaku Beach is a short walk away. Additionally, this condominium is within walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants, bars, top beaches, and activities. There are no resort fees.

The condominium was well equipped, and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The king size bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for some of the best snorkeling areas on the west side of the island.

The view was so beautiful and we loved sitting out on the balcony for sunset. It had the perfect beach spot with calm waters and a nice place to sit in the mornings as the sun came up. We celebrated our 1 year anniversary and baby-moon here and it was so memorable. I would highly recommend this place to family and friends if they were going to Maui.

Perfect paradise

This property was great. The views from our 11th floor condo was the pinnacle ouf our trip. Mid April, we could see whales, dolphins and sea turtles daily looking into the 'Au'Au channel. Plenty of food options around as well as a grocery store and little bar. Lots of things in the condo to do if stuck inside.

Amazing stay in Kahana.

The condo was very clean, quiet, and had a great lanai to spend the evenings. Check in was easy and parking was abundant at this condo complex. No AC and we never turned the fans off, but easy enough to cool the unit down in the evenings by opening windows and letting the cross breeze flow through. I personally would not recommend more than two people in this condo.

Wonderful

This condo was amazing. Had everything we needed and the view was simply spectacular. While I was initially concerned about there not being any AC they had enough fans to create good airflow. From the balcony we ate all our meals and the sun is blocked until about 4PM that you can enjoy it and the breeze is cool. Wonderful place. Will definitely return.

Great 11th floor condo overlooking the ocean

Great 11th floor condo overlooking the ocean with the islands across the channel. Checked in late at night with no issues. Parking is easy and many good beaches are close by.

Very nice place to spend a week

The property was wonderful, clean in the unit and the grounds were fantastic. I was concerned about being on the 11th floor but the elevators were very quick and we never had to wait more than 30 seconds for an elevator whether we were going up or down. The beach was beautiful.

Amazing views take your breath away the second you walk in. It was conveniently located. We wish the pool was better and in the back of the property. Being high, the viewpoint was great to see turtles and lots of whales this time of the year.

Perfect condo with perfect view

Perfect condo! Absolutely GORGEOUS view! You could go swimming right outside or walk like 2 minutes to find a shaded beach. The condo itself was supremely comfortable with everything you could need during your stay - full kitchen supplies, chairs, cooler, etc etc. We loved its quiet location in between the hustle and bustle of Kaanapali and Napili so much.

Early December Stay

Great unit, great location! We stayed in early December. Nice quiet location. The unit was well appointed and equipped with beach day items. The only thing missing was a working umbrella but everything from a beach bag, beach chairs to snorkeling gear. The lanai was our main hangout and we were able to see some whales and turtles. In December, really no beach to hang out on. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect Stays personnel customer services were excellent and communicative. Much Thanks!

This space is so nice for 2 people! The lanai has such amazing views. We loved that towels, beach lawn chairs and snorkel gear was provided. Ps we didn’t realize there was no AC, but we just opened the doors and windows at night and the breeze was amazing. Fans also included! Wasn’t a problem, but just a note. Access to a fridge was super helpful because wed go to foodland and grab poke and have dinner and breakfast on the balcony. Bed was comfy and water was hot for showering! Baya bowls acai is a great little spot nearby in Lahaina and in Kihei there’s this darling little food truck park we loved with Kraken coffee, Sweet hula acai, and Kihei fish house. They had pizza, shrimp, chicken, ice cream and more there too, but discovered it later into trip! Our only note, is we didn’t “beach” here bc the sandbags used to break waves. Generally drove to another one more north to Kapalua Bay about 5 min away (30 parking to get closer beach access or street parking if you find a spot and a little walk) or over in Paia. Kapalua Bay beach was beautiful and super short drive! The morning we left we saw a rainbow off the lanai, such a treat. We’d def stay here again!! Safe, clean and amazing views from this room!!

valley isle 1105

the place was nice and well-maintained. The only complaint I have is not having air conditioning. It was very uncomfortable at night and hard to get rest. The fans that were provided to help seemed to be on the older side because they barely blew air out, even on the highest setting.

Wonderful ocean view, beach front, great location

I stayed in the condo with my husband and toddler for 12 days. We loved the lanai with gorgeous ocean view. We also enjoyed the beach in front. We especially love how it is close to many toddler friendly beaches including the Lahaina baby beach & Kapalua. Close to the Lahaina historic town. Well stocked. We did not need to buy much at all: plenty of towel papers, toilet papers, some seasoning, towels, detergent, trash bags etc. we did buy our own oil because we didn’t know there was a full olive oil there; bought seran wrap/zip bags, and laundry detergent. I was okay with the bed, husband did not like it as much. The sofa were comfortable, the two single arm chairs, I didn’t find too comfortable but my husband thinks they are fine. It was very comfortable temperature wise. There is PLENTY of wind in the building for whatever reason so if you open the front door while cooking it helps a lot. There were snorkeling gears in the closet but they didn’t work too well for me so we just rented our own. Overall, we love it.
