In a beautiful seaside-style residence just above the lock beach, in the city center, this bright apartment offers 2 bedrooms (one with a 140x200 bed, the other with twin 80x190 beds), a large living room with a sea view from the balcony. a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet. It also has a cellar which will allow you to deposit deckchairs and toys on returning from the beach located at the foot of the residence.

Très bon séjour !

Emplacement idéal sur la plage de l'écluse et échanges très fluides avec les propriétaires. La place de parking aux pieds de la résidence est un vrai plus.

Plage, commerces et marché à proximité immédiate de l’appartement. Un coin nuit et un coin séjour très appréciable quand on a pas tous le même rythme. Et un salon spacieux et très lumineux associé au calme environnant. Rien à redire.

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas de la mer et du centre ville. Par contre il faudrait indiquer qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et que l’appartement est au 2ème étage alors avec une personne de mobilité réduite on oublie.

Emplacement idéal - confort, espace, au top - Parfait.

Appartement très confortable ,spacieux, bien organisé , idéalement placé avec parking, à 20 mètres de la plage. La plage, les promenades, les sorties en bateaux ,a coté, les resto, le casino, les halles, le marché. Pas de bruit (résidence fermée) .Posez la voiture au parking, et ensuite faites tout à pied. Appartement bien organisé avec les chambres bien séparées de l'espace séjour. J'y retournerai avec plaisir sans hésiter. Lionel

Excellente semaine en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 2 petits-enfants dans cet appartement idéalement placé (à 10m de la plage sans route à traverser, à 50 m des commerces, restaurants et cinéma!), calme et lumineux. Très bon accueil des propriétaires Didier et Carole qui ont été très attentifs à nos besoins. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition dans l’appartement. Nous recommandons vivement.
