In a beautiful seaside-style residence just above the lock beach, in the city center, this bright apartment offers 2 bedrooms (one with a 140x200 bed, the other with twin 80x190 beds), a large living room with a sea view from the balcony. a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with washing machine, separate toilet. It also has a cellar which will allow you to deposit deckchairs and toys on returning from the beach located at the foot of the residence.
Access to the residence's private parking.

Great stay at Dinard.

The apartment is exactly as described, well furnished and equipped, in an ideal beachside location with private parking and close to restaurants and shops. The owners are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. Perfect!! Highly recommended and we would gladly visit again!

Nice summer stay

The appartment is really very beautiful and everything works fine. We enjoyed going down to the beach which is direcly behind the house.

Fabulous

The apartment location is superb safe gated parking. Sideways beach and sea view from Juliet balcony. Late afternoon and evening sun on balcony and with double balcony doors into spacious lounge. Well equipped. 2 flights of stairs up to property may be awkward for some. 190 yards to beach and amenities.

Propriétaires accueillants et très attentionnés. L'appartement est confortable, lumineux et très bien placé, la place de parking permet de tout faire à pieds. L'immeuble est très calme et permet des nuits bénéfiques. Des animations organisées pour Halloween par la ville de Dinard et de magnifiques promenades le long de la Côte d'Emeraude.

L’ambiance de l’immeuble n’est pas accueillante.Il n’est pas mentionné dans l’annonce qu’il y a deux étages sans ascenseur.Mais la propriétaire est très sympathique.

Die Lage ist toll. Direkt am Strand mit eigenem Zugang. Die Wohnung ist hell und gemütlich und es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es ist auch erstaunlich ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen. Der Strand ist wunderschön - für uns der schönste von Dinard. Kleine Einkäufe kann man gut zu Fuß erledigen. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Vermieterin war sehr gut. Wir würden persönlich empfangen und es gab ein kleines Willkommens - Geschenk. Vielen Dank - wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen!

Schöne Ferienwohnung in guter Lage. 10m bis zum Strand. Vom kleinen Balkon sieht man den Strand und das Meer. Vermieter sehr nett und sprechen Englisch. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Plage, commerces et marché à proximité immédiate de l’appartement. Un coin nuit et un coin séjour très appréciable quand on a pas tous le même rythme. Et un salon spacieux et très lumineux associé au calme environnant. Rien à redire.

Appartement très bien situé à deux pas de la mer et du centre ville. Par contre il faudrait indiquer qu’il n’y a pas d’ascenseur et que l’appartement est au 2ème étage alors avec une personne de mobilité réduite on oublie.
