Ski trip
The condo was very clean and close to the ski slope and easy to get to. The walk to the slopes was a little far. Best to rent a locker and leave your skis and boots at the ski lodge. The whole family had a great time. We will definitely rent again.
This was a very comfortable place for our family. The walk up and down to the slopes was a little bit steep and hard when carrying gear in ski boots, but it was an easy walk across to get lift tickets in the morning and we loved being able to stop by the condo for lunch and then ski right back down to the lift. The Wii came in handy for a rainy afternoon. The kitchen doesn't have many pots and pans and is small, but we are able to make it work. Overall, clean and comfortable and we would stay here again.

Decent place but needs simple updates and cleaning
We enjoyed the proximity to the slopes but we made the mistake of walking to the base to rent our gear and had to cross the lift and snow- definitley drive over unless you already have gear. Also the shower curtain liner was very moldy and there’s old dust and spiderwebs on several areas, the kitchen table wasn’t cleaned at all. The comforter in the bunk bed is very pilled and worn looking and the keurig was grimy. It’s a decent place for 2 days but a little elbow grease and simple replacements would make it feel much better!

NOT HAPPY with property management
I booked 2 condos and was assured by Vacasa (property management) they would be in the same building which they were not.
When we arrived and opened the door the condo had not been cleaned. I text to ask about this and they sent someone to clean. I think they changed the sheets and towels and that was it. The floors were dirty and had not been swept or mopped.
I emailed and text Vacasa that I was unhappy with the condos being in different buildings and I never heard from anyone.
I think the owner needs to know how Vacasa treats customers.

Condo was great, Vacasa was HORRIBLE
The condo was great as far as being as pictured. Nice cabin feel & great location. However, there was a very strong wet dog odor in the dining room that you could often smell while sitting in the living room also. All of the beds were made except for the upstairs KING master bed that was left with QUEEN sheets folded on top. The dishwasher was left with dirty dishes & the washing machine with dirty towels. We called customer service TWICE, two separate times/days & were told sheets would be brought & someone would call us back - neither of which happened. Therefore we had to throw covers on the king bed upstairs & sleep on top of them since we did not have sheets that fit. we have used Vacasa in the past & have never had an issue, but after this stay, we will not be using them again.

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
Nice property, but dirty
The listing photos are accurate and the property is what we had expected as a result. Great location, ample space and nice accommodations for our family and guests. However the property was generally dirty - dirty dishes put away, dirty floors, dirty bathrooms. Nobody has looked under the couches or beds in months - Playing cards, silverware, lots of dust and dirt all over the floors. Also, management was very slow to deliver enough towels for all guests. 1 hand towel, 2 rags and 3 towels were in the unit for 6 guests. Understand that they may not have known how many guests to expect (although we did disclose this in the reservation), but it took almost 24 hours from reporting this (which was immediate after check-in) to get the towels needed. We had a nice trip regardless, just was disappointing to have a dirty place and not enough towels for everyone to shower on day 1. We should get a discount on cleaning fee since it was marginally cleaned!

Great location and cozy space
Easy access to the mountain on the green slope side but not hard to cut across to the main lifts.

Great location, rustic interior
You can’t beat the location. With the parking situation at Sugar Mountain, this was nice to be able to walk down to the lodge and ski school registration area. It served the purpose and was fine for 2 nights. The interior was small and dated but bed, bath and kitchen was all we needed.

Ski In / Ski Out
Perfect location, condo had everything we needed.
Beds were comfortable and washer/dryer were new and fast. We never used the fire place because we were not sure exactly how to use it. We think the damper was already open but not super confident so just used the heater in the house.
Parking was a little concerned because we had hoped to share the condo but due to only 1 parking spot we ended up just going the 4 of us.
Again great location but lots of steps to condo and slope.

Family Ski Trip
We loved this unit!! It was perfect for our family of 4 and guest family that came for a couple nights. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Couldn’t beat the location! We walked over to the slopes and could easily come back for a break and head back out. Loved that the unit was 2 storied and roomier than other lower level Bee Branch units. Will stay here again!

Excellent location and very clean
We absolutely loved the private but easy access location. The 3 bedrooms with plenty of beds were very comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything one would need and entertainment options were plenty to just hangout inside. The wooded view and the feeling to be closer to nature was hooking us to spend most of our vacation time enjoyable with family. Kids loved playing some of the board games whenever they had time. They also loved their bunk beds. There were very good recommendations to visit places nearby as well as dining option. The owners not only kept their condo neat, they had an excellent taste with furniture choices and interior decorations. We have already made up our minds to visit back, maybe in late fall.
Tried to cancel and communication was extremely poor. I did not hear back until my check in date. The biggest perk is that it is ski in ski out. Like other reviews mentioned, the house needs a deep cleaning. There was mold throughout the home. My four year old has severe allergies and he had difficulty breathing each morning. I would not stay here again due to
poor communication and poor cleanliness.
We really enjoyed this stay. Great location. Loved the gas fireplace and the kids got a kick out of watching skiers on the lift below the deck. That said this condo could use a good top to bottom cleaning.
This house is in the perfect location to ski Sugar. Easy walk to green slope. Very convenient. Comfy beds. Fireplace was awesome. Kitchen is tiny though. We loved this place!
This unit is in an excellent location with great views of the ski slope. It is great for those that plan to hit the slopes. As mentioned in previous reviews, the condition of the unit is much older than portrayed in the pictures of the listing. Although the listing and Vacasa's website (property management company) boasts about cleanliness, there was no evidence that cleaning is a priority for this company. Upon arrival, the unit was dirty and dingy and still had trash on the floor left behind by previous renters. There were cobwebs on the windows. Many of the light fixtures were not working and we had to change the lightbulbs ourselves. After several contacts were made via phone and email, the company finally sent a cleaning crew two full days after check-in. The second cleaning was not much better. You would think this would be of top priority considering we are in the midst of a pandemic. The hot water is an issue as well as you need to be mindful of the number of people who can shower within a certain time frame or you will run out of hot water. Although the listing states that there is TV, there is no cable meaning there is nothing you can watch unless you subscribe to Netflix, etc. We were ready to head home after the first night! We will never rent a property from this management company again.
Great stay and awesome location. It was a bummer that the fireplace and dryer were not working while we were there. Property manager was easy to reach and attempted to fix. Great condo overall
It was a very nice and comfortable home. A true ski in ski out condo.

Great location
This condo is in a lovely location - very central to everything and easy to navigate to. It’s definitely older than the pictures make it look, so just know that. If you’re coming in the winter and desire to be in a ski in/ski out condo, then this is your place. We came in the summer so that wasn’t something we needed. The layout of the home is hard to understand from the pics/virtual tour. Downstairs is the bunk bedroom with a half bath off it and the queen bedroom with ensuite bath. Upstairs is the king bed and full bath, as well as a twin bed in the room. No master closet, but a few dresser drawers were empty so we used those. The home doesn’t have cable TV (not even local news) or A/C, but each bedroom has a spot cooler, which makes for very comfortable sleeping. The beds are super comfy too. Just know that the kitchen is dinky - zero drawers - the utensils are in a caddy on the counter. One person can be in there at a time! There’s also no place to put any groceries you buy that don’t need to be refrigerated - no empty cupboard, no closet, no shelf - we put them on the dining room table. The washer/dryer was great and worked well. Some basic things are included, which was nice - hotel size soaps, shampoo, lotion, as well as a couple rolls of TP in each bath, paper towels in kitchen, a few washing machine pods, dish soap, hand soaps in each bath, and an extra trash bag, so you’ll be set for your first night or two. No Kleenex anywhere. There are hair dryers under each bathroom sink. The porch is nice, just know that you’re in a condo, so if your neighbor is also on the porch, you won’t have privacy.
