Floor to ceiling windows allow for expansive sweeping views of Lake Norman to flow through the two-story open plan living space. Enjoy the breathtaking views from anywhere in the living room, kitchen, and dining area, no-one will be left out.

This residence offers three king beds and 6 single bunks; each bedroom is outfitted with luxurious ensuite bathrooms. A spacious deck provides even more gathering areas and the perfect vantage point to watch the kids play on your very own private sandy beach. Sit back and relax after a day on the water, or enjoy it from the hot tub which is conveniently located on the deck.

Awake to amazing sunrise views reflecting over the calm waters. Enjoy group meals on the spacious deck and celebrate your time here in the cozy, outdoor lounge areas. Love the convenience of having your own private beach and the lake in your back yard where you can swim, fish, kayak, go boating, or do nothing at all.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 12; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift AND slip at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. The garage at this property is NOT accessible to renters. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

Lakeside Story is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem.
