In the old barn of the Domaine de la Rocherie restored in 2018, we have built this charming cottage that will delight lovers of the countryside to the sea.
Located 10 minutes from the beautiful beach of Wissant, hiking trails 2 Caps, near the golf Wimereux, between the ports of Boulogne and Calais, this cottage is ideally nestled in the heart of multiple sports, cultural and recreational activities . In summer as in winter the amateurs of wild nature, of tourist discoveries and invigorating stays will find with us their happiness.
The house is embedded in a property with century-old trees, refuge of birds and other small animals. You will take a private path lined with plane trees and park nearby on an adjacent parking. In red brick, the house has kept its charm of yesteryear but will reserve you the best comfort: luminous, soundproof and functional.
You will be delighted by the particularly neat, trendy and simple decoration at the same time.
On the ground floor you will discover a very large living room with a wood stove, trendy sofas, a television, a dining area for 15 people and an open kitchen where the piano will allow you with its 2 ovens and 5 fires to simulate large family meals. Through a small airlock you will reach another beautiful room, also equipped with a wood stove, sofas, table and kitchenette. There are also 2 separate toilets.
These 2 rooms open with bay windows on the garden and terraces facing South South West. Tables, chairs, deckchairs, barbecues will make you spend unforgettable moments like the sauna and the Nordic bath with the wood. To facilitate your stay, the price fixed between us will include, within reasonable limits, electricity, water, wood, access to sauna and Nordic bath, linen except beach towels, the cleaning end of vacation essential for the well being of each.
For the tranquility of the environment we will not accept parties and other bachelor parties
 We prefer weekly rentals during school holidays and will be very happy to share our week ends throughout the year.
