Its' 2200 sq. feet open concept living space appeals to families & friends alike. All bedrooms have new high quality beds & linens. The MB has a king bed and the 2nd and 3rd BRs each have queen beds. The sleeper sofa is new as of March 2026. It is top of the line, and provides a wonderful night’s sleep. Enjoy the tranquility of a hot soak in the Primary ensuites' enormous jetted tub. The 3rd bedroom has a quiet and comfortable office space.
The viewing deck is sublime for taking in the ocean view in the morning with a hot cup of coffee as well as in the evening while gazing out at the mesmerizing sunsets.
A modern fully stocked kitchen that any discriminating home cook would enjoy will ensure that all of your culinary needs are exceeded.
All main area living, bedrooms, and bathrooms are all on one level. The game room is down one flight of stairs. There is a gate at the stairway for the safety of your little ones and pets.
Streaming and cable are provided on the large screen televisions in the living room, primary bedroom and second bedroom. Bluetooth audio is available in the living room and the game room. Multiple USB ports are located in each of the bedrooms for your charging convenience.
Lounging in front of the warm fireplace is a perfect way to spend an evening, or you may choose to head to the game room for some fun and laughs. There is a second fireplace in the game room!
Pets are a central part of our families. We have designed the home for their needs and safety as well. There is a new six foot fully fenced secure yard with a lockable gate, (bring your own lock). Food/water dishes, grooming table/arm, towels, and waste bags are provided. We do ask that you bring your pets' personal bedding and crates if you need to leave your dog unsupervised.
Recreation & adventure await you just steps from the front door. Endless pristine beaches, Devil's Kitchen State Park, & riding stables are an easy stroll for all ages. Old Town Bandon is a quick 5 minute trip by car. Bandon Dunes and Bandon Crossings golf courses are both a short drive from the house. Bandon Dunes is building a new course just two minutes south of our home! Stay tuned for updates.

Not to sound discriminatory, but over time we’ve found that large groups of rowdy male golfers tend to not be a good fit for our home due to their party nature and subsequent wear and tear on our home. We strive to maintain a high standard for our families with children and pets, small groups, and of course golfers who are looking for a quiet retreat! If you’re looking for a party pad for your group, thank you for considering us, but please choose other accommodations. Thank you.

Primary guest must be at the home and be at least 25 years old. If there is any question of age, verification will be required in the form of a driver’s license or passport before/after the reservation is confirmed.

Be very careful when you go to the beach. Before you go in, watch the sea. If you see a space between the waves, do not enter. It's a riptide, and you will be pulled back in. Please tell your family and friends. This can save lives. If you see anyone in danger ring 999 and ask for COASTGUARD!

BNP Delivery is a small local restaurant food delivery company. They are on FB. Their number is 541-551-1474. I haven’t used them, but they have good reviews.

Damage fees exceeding the damage deposit are the sole responsibility of the guest reserving the home. Any guest reserving the home accepts this responsibility.

You are important, and we continually make updates and keep up with general maintenance to ensure you have a beautiful vacation home. A new tiled shower, entire home residing, new back deck, and new entry stairway are completed. Our contractor worked diligently despite the weather to make these updates happen.
Every update has been done with you, our valued guest in mind. We know you’ll like the new and improved Bandon’s Tufted Beach House!

New photos will be uploaded in May when I get back there to do the photos. We did a major remodel two years ago, and it is gorgeous, but as a contractor’s daughter, I’m a “remodel addict”! You’ll be pleasantly surprised with the additional updates!
