We are a retired military family and living our dream to be near the oceanl. We love to travel and meet new people. This cottage was our opportunity to not only live by the beach for ourselves but share an affordable option for others.

Why they chose this property

When we stumbled upon Tybee Island we knew this was where we wanted to end up! We looked all over the island North and South and really loved the old 60's charm of this place. It was rough around the edges but we have worked hard to make it into a charming beach home. We also needed the rental property and loved how it had it's own separate space with the private back yard. The neighborhood is quiet and yet close to all the action!
