Elegant home with two bedrooms available

We have two separate bedrooms in an elegant home close to downtown Rapid City just off Rushmore Road, with easy access to the interstate or back roads to Sturgis and the Black Hills. The home has air conditioning, soft water, laundry room, high speed wi-fi internet, nice patio and private backyard, all of which comes with the room rental.
The bedrooms are on the second floor at separate ends of the upstairs and are very private. The floor has a bedroom at each end with a hallway between. Off the hallway is a shared full bathroom and tv room. The bedrooms each have memory foam queen beds with luxury sheets and bedding, vanity dressing table with blow dryer and curling iron.
Breakfast is included! Our guests never leave hungry. Normal breakfast is lots of bacon, great coffee, an egg dish, toast/English muffin, in season fruit, juices, and other goodies. Special dietary needs and requests can be provided.
This works best with a group that rents both rooms. The rooms are $150/night each $300/night for 2 rooms, with a 3 night minimum stay. We require a 50% deposit. We accept cash or personal check.
