Beautiful and well equipped house

We enjoyed our stay in this nice place very much. It started with a nice welcome from Hélène with a good explanation of the infrastructure. She was always accessible for questions. Remy was interested in our wellbeing at his place. The house is well maintained and ideal located for trips around the Arcachon area.

Great property in a beautiful area. The property was of a very high standard and well equipped. The pool was excellent and used daily. There are local supermarkets and restaurants to service all your holiday requirements. Will be recommending to family and friends

A well equipped and modern villa. It was comfortable but expected the shower rooms to have ensuite toilets. There were only 2 toilets for a villa that could sleep 10 people. Enjoyed our holiday and the location was ideal for everything.

60th birthday celebration

We were a family of 9 varying in age from 24 to 80, on holiday to celebrate my 60th birthday. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area about 20 minute stroll to the seafront. It is modern & very well looked after. Everything was clean & well equipped. The pool was nice & warm & the gardens were neat with lovely lighting in the evening. Myriam was very friendly even though we didn’t speak the same language we managed to communicate through our mobile phones. One thing that would be good would be mirrors in the bedrooms

Très belle villa très fonctionnelle dans une région magnifique. Nous avons été accueillis par Hélène et son mari qui sont des personnes adorables. Je recommande vraiment cette villa.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, es gibt jedoch einiges zu beanstanden.Nach der Buchung u. Zahlungen bekamen wir Hinweise, welche Kosten für die Beheizung des Pool u. für die Nutzung der Klimanlage extra anfallen. Darauf wurde im Vorfeld nicht hingewiesen. Im Gegenteil es wird beim Pool explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass es ein beheizter Pool ist. Die Kosten für den Pool belaufen sich auf zusätzlich 80,-- pro Woche. was wir ziemlich happig fanden, bei dem Gesamtpreis des Hauses.Die Klimanlage schlägt mit Kosten in Höhe von 60,-- pro Woche zu Buche, auch das ist nicht im Inserat erwähnt. Im Übrigen ist die Klimatisierung ein recht abenteuerliches Konstrukt. Eine Klimaanlage ist für ein Schlafzimmer, die anderer Klimaanlage ist für alles restlichen Räume. D. h. wenn die übrigen Schlafzimmer kühl sein sollen, müssen dort Türen offen stehen bleiben. Wenn man es im Wohnzimmer angenehm kühl haben will, ist es im Nebentrakt des Hause mit 3 Schlafzimmern eiskalt.Es gibt so einige Dinge die dringend erneuert werden müssen. An erster Stelle die Liegen. Die Kopfteile sind mit Kabelbindern in einer Position festgestellt, da die Rasten für verschiedene Höhen des Kopfteiles nicht mehr halten. Das finden wir beim Preis des Hauses schon sehr armselig, dass defekte Teile nicht erneuert werden und nur eingeschränkt nutzbar sind.Küchenutensilien müssten ebenfalls einige mal erneuert werden, insbesondere die Messer, da schneidet keines mehr richtig.Sitzsäcke (Bild) fehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft in ruhiger Wohnlage

wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Die Lage des Hauses ist in einem ruhigen Villenviertel, zum Bassin läuft man ca. 30 min im Ort. Bäcker ist ca. 10 min zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Die Sauberkeit und Austattung ist sehr gut. Wöchentliche Reinigung des Pools ist gegeben.Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Super Villa

-Bon rapport qualité/prix-Location très propre.-Maison agréable, très bien isolée.- Partie partie vie lumineuse.-La disposition des chambres avec l’accès directe sur la piscine et le jardin, est judicieuse.-La cuisine est bien équipée-Dimensions des chambres OK.-Terrasse bois d’une belle superficie avec une belle piscine dont malheureusement nous n’avons pas pu profiter, faute à la météo.-Le jardin est bien végétalisé et bien entretenu. Les haies vives protègent bien du vis-à-vis.-L’implantation de la villa dans un lotissement très calme, bien entretenu et proche des commodités est un plus.-Les 3 salles de bains pour 5 couples, c’est bien.-2 WC, ça passe, mais c’est le mini.

Location décevante et mal entretenue

La maison est très spacieuse et bien équipée certes en revanche la literie oreillers est déplorable, aucune des cinq chambres n’a une literie correcte, matelas en cuvette ou qui grincent… nous avons demandé à changer les draps qui étaient tachés. Les pommeaux de douche doivent être mieux entretenus (calcaire) sur les 3 télévisons une seule fonctionne correctement.La personne qui nous a accueillie est très gentille et arrangeante.

Septembre dans le golfe d'Arcachon

Maison bien équipée dans un secteur calme et bien située à mi chemin entre les 2 extrémités du golfe. Proche du centre ville d'andernos avec très beau marché couvert. Avec le soleil encore présent, nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée et des extérieurs.

Maison moderne avec piscine chauffée en option

Nous avons été accueillis par Hélène qui est absolument adorable et disponible. Le propriétaire est également très agréable, réactif et soucieux du bien-être de ses locataires. La maison est propre et très bien placée. Une boulangerie est à deux mns et vous atteignez le centre d'Andernos très rapidement (à vélo). La résidence est calme et bien entretenue. Cependant, nous avons été étonnés de constater à notre arrivée que les climatisations, en option, n'étaient que dans une chambre et uniquement dans le couloir, obligeant les ouvertures de toutes les portes pour rafraichir les chambres. Solution peu jouable si vous partez à plusieurs couples et en période de fortes chaleurs. Concernant la piscine ( chauffée également en option), elle est agréable, sans vis à vis, entourée d'un jardin bien entretenu. Mais quelle ne fut pas notre surprise d'apprendre qu'il était strictement interdit de s'y baigner avec la moindre creme solaire, indispensable pour se protéger, sous peine de vous voir prendre la caution. Je comprends qu'il faille prendre une douche pour se baigner mais interdire une protection solaire totale me semble inenvisageable notamment si vous venez avec des enfants. Pour terminer, je rajouterai que la literie de la chambre parentale n'est plus en état pour assurer un bon sommeil. Un changement de celle-ci serait un plus. Nous remercions Remy et Helene pour leur accueil.

très bon séjour mais

Maison très agréable ,bien placée ,tout confort . Juste un évènement qui nous semble exagéré . Nous avons été facturé pour 1 H de jardinage, car nous avons laissé maladroitement il est vrai la grille chaude du barbecue dans l'herbe.Certes l'esthétique d'un petit coin de la pelouse ,près du barbecue a souffert mais facturer 60 euros pour que le jardinier lache une poignée d'engrais rapide je trouve cela très limite car le soleil et la pluie auraient fait le nécessaire.Une pelouse verte est certes très agréable mais nous sommes tous habitués de nos jours à ne plus arroser inutilement pour cause de sécheresse (même si cela n'est pas le cas aujourd'hui)
