Very nice one bedroom w/ bunk beds condo. Includes Roku TV/DVD/VCR, microwave, phone, & a beautiful panoramic view of the Gulf of America!Very close to fabulous dining, terrific shopping & great restaurants in the area. Within walking distance to Signal Hill Golf Club.

Summit features 2-swimming pools (1 heated), 2 kiddie pools, poolside tiki bar, On-site beach service, hot tubs, beauty shop, game room, sauna, exercise room, tennis courts, jet skis & waverunners... all right on site.

Sorry, no pets and no smoking.

The host was very responsive, had zero problems with check in, the room was clean and you can't beat the balcony view of the gulf check out the picture I uploaded. This is a great room for a smaller group/family.

We had a wonderful time. The place was perfect. Very clean, everything u need. Wonderful view of the ocean,pools,and hot tubs. I will definitely be returning. The host replied to me when I had a question He stayed in touch with me until we arrived. He also stayed in touch the day we was leaving.

the location was great, great pools! trouble with the lock , they finally had someone to put new batteries in lock so it worked correctly, the condo needs a thorough cleaning , there was dirty dishes in the dishwasher, grit on the tile floors and a lot of accumalated dirt at the floor and baseboards and some mold had started on the wall above the tile above the tub.

Beach view is great. We love the heated pool. The summit keeps the property clean. Binkini Bob's is the best! Michael the owner of this unit is very quick to respond and very nice! The king size mattress is very comfortable!

Nice Tiki Bar onsite and little restaurant next door. Very reasonable.
