Keystone Large Family Home - Amazing Views, Rustic Charm - Hot Tub, Game Room

NOTE: We are located in a neighborhood with full time residents. No parties, events or any other activities that would create a nuisance are allowed. No smoking allowed in home or anywhere on premises. Please do not book if you are unable to follow/respect these rules.

WELCOME: We're excited to add our 2nd vacation property in Summit County, Colorado. We pride ourselves in creating exceptional experiences for our guests and look forward to helping you make lasting and fond memories at Grande Keystone Lodge!

OUR HOME: Grande Keystone Lodge is an updated and highly versatile 7BR home in Keystone with breathtaking 10-mile views of the Continental Divide. 5014 sq ft home on two levels with 7 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. The residence sleeps up to 16 guests (2 kings, 4 queens, 2 fulls, queen fold out in family room). 8 separate sleeping areas (7 private bedrooms and lower living room). Located near Keystone Resort, Keystone's River Golf Course, Lake Dillon and several other ski resorts. Features include a laundry room with washer/dryer, free WiFi, 2 fireplaces, 4 flat screen TVs, full-size pool table, foosball table, ping pong table, a well-equipped kitchen, and 2 dining tables + 10 counter seats comfortably seating your full group for meals in the same room. 2-car heated garage and paved driveway (parking limited to 5 cars .. maximum of 3 parked outside on driveway + 2 in the heated garage).

Outside there is a large sloped lot around the house, a paved driveway, a large south-facing deck with a gas BBQ grill, and a private hot tub with a 180 degree 10-mile mountain view. To ensure proper chemical balance, hot tub maintenance will be provided for longer stays, with access across exterior deck.

We provide a personalized Activity Guide after your reservation is confirmed, which includes nearby recommendations for things to do (i.e. hiking, boating, skiing, etc.) as well as our favorite spots for dining and shopping. Everything is based on our own personal experiences.

Up to 2 non-shedding, fully potty-trained dogs allowed with pet fee and commitment to pick up any "presents" left outdoors. = )
