Perfect Downtown Flagstaff Stay

Margaret’s place is nicely decorated and furnished and had everything I needed to stay and work in Flagstaff for several weeks. It’s tucked in a nice neighborhood that was fun to explore, as well as being only steps away from downtown Flagstaff.

Great little place!

Well stocked kitchen, place was warm and inviting with great welcome gift from host- who was a great communicator. So close to historic part of town. Just loved this place - felt very secure too

Amazing Downtown Property

I stayed in this condo for 3 months during the winter. It’s only about 2 blocks from downtown making it extremely convenient for walking and exploring the area. It’s also on the road to Snowbowl (less than 30 min drive). The condo is clean and feels safe (especially as a single woman)! Everything worked well and I loved my stay!

Absolute Must Stay

We were greeted by the owner with local treats and excellent hospitality. The unit was very clean and well stocked with anything you could need. Being very close to downtown Flagstaff was also an added bonus!

Loved it! Great location - walk to restaurants. Great bed! Snack was welcome upon check-in - long day of travel. Would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient home base in an easy to navigate smaller city.

Flagstaff home away from home

This property is newer and well maintained, with all the amenities you would need. The location is great, because it is a short walk to downtown, eliminating the need to find parking. It was a wonderful stay, and the owner is awesome. Loved it.

A conscience couple in every way. This is the third summer they have rented from me and I think the world of them. Thoughtful, communicative and pleasant. I make sure the condo is spotless when they arrive and they reciprocate every time. We have a tenant/ host relationship built on reciprocity.

Flagstaff Getaway

New, clean, comfortable condo, close to downtown. Just a walk away to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. Love the location and convenience. Bridget is lovely, and wanted to make sure we let her know if we needed anything, when we checked in. We liked it so much, we booked again for next year. Love it.

The best option for a long term stay in Flagstaff!!

This property is absolutely phenomenal! It is the perfect size and option for 1-2 people planning to visit Flagstaff for a long period of time. The place is furnished nicely, all amenities function well, it is located only a few blocks from downtown Flagstaff and Route 66, and the neighborhood is pretty quiet considering it's on one of the busiest streets in town. Additionally, the property manager is extremely nice, keeps in touch with you over the course of your visit, and makes sure that your stay is the best it can possibly be. I stayed here for four months, and if I ever returned to Flagstaff and planned to stay for a long time, I'd go back to this place in a heartbeat.

Fabulous location in downtown Flagstaff. Great food and entertainment as well as historic sites and urban trail systems are just steps away. With this property visitors get the small town feel with in a beautifully constructed condo.

What makes this property unique

Having worked in hospitality for many years, I enjoy providing a personal touch for tenants. Bicycle storage, security camera's in the parking lot and great courtyard with BBQ.
