About the host
Hosted by Kila Puanani
We are traveling more and more but we love this property. Decided to renovate, practically all redone, roof, electric, plumbing and other amenities needed nowadays.
Why they chose this property
The location first of all. Those 500 feet above sea level, due to micro-climate, provide ideal conditions in every way. The air is fresh in the summer as well, under a majestic canopy of a monkey-pod tree, does not prevent spectacular view towards West, Pearl Harbor, and romantic sunsets.
What makes this property unique
It is located 5 minutes from downtown, 13 minutes from Waikiki, 10 minutes from the famous Ala Moana Shopping Center, renovated to claim again the Most of Most of the whole Pacific Rim. Above the property you can walk the moltitude of forest trails, crossing creeks all the way to the Manoa Falls (that may take over 2 hours) but the vegetation propelled by the cinder soil is not to be missed. Bikers consider the Tantalus Loop (the property is on the lower side) a Mecca of riding.
