Parquet floors and Gironde tiles of regional tradition - Sleeping for 8 people - 3 spacious bedrooms: 3 with 140 beds & 2 with 90 beds + cot & highchair. They are all equipped with LCD television and DVD player - 2 bathrooms, 1 with bath. Washing machine - fitted kitchen with dishwasher, vitro / ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, fridge, microwave, etc. - living room with 2 leather sofas and LCD TV with DVD player / dining room with large table for 8 people , fireplace- Broadband WIFI connection - barbecue sheltered in a 50 m2 barn with table and chairs (rental possible for reception) - Ping Pong table - Secure swimming pool exclusively reserved for the cottage - secure children's play area with WC - garden amenity with stone table and bench - large courtyards allowing car parking in particular - 40 km from Bordeaux, a majestic city recently listed as a UNESCO heritage site - 1 hour from the beaches of the Ocean and the Arcachon Bay - sector very touristy: visit and tasting in the sweet wines castles of Barsac- Sauternes, Château Yquem 5 minutes away, wine sector of the entre-deux-mers and graves, visit of castles such as Malle in Preignac, Montesquieu in La Brède, Clément V in Villandraut, Duke of Epernon in Cadillac, Roquetaillade in Mazères, Toulouse Lautrec in Verdelais, Saint-Emilion etc. etc.- Descent of Ciron in canoe cayak - tree climbing - 18 hole golf course in Langon - fishing in the river or on the Garonne river - Many festivities (jazz festival, nautical festival, wine festival …….)
