Extend the magic of Puy du Fou at "Bistrot des Amis"
Declined from "The Belle Epoque", and built in the old workshop carpentry and cabinetry Laurent, the cottage "The Bistrot of Friends" will, no doubt, surprise you. Its 1900 style, friendly, encourages relaxation after long days spent out of time in the Grand Park Puy du Fou, on the nearby hiking trails, in the footsteps of our great men, or to discover the riches lands and sea of ​​our beautiful Vendée. Behind the bar: the kitchen, in front of the bar: a beautiful living space; 2 bedrooms for 2 persons (1 with a double bed of 160, 1 with 2 twin beds of 80 convertible into a double bed of 160), fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine dryer ), bathroom with shower and vanity unit, separate toilet.
Take full advantage of the indoor terrace to have breakfast at sunrise, lunch and dinner or, simply, enjoy this magical place out of time.
Take the small path for a moment of relaxation on the south side and enjoy, from April to November, our beautiful space with swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Lie on the deckchair and let yourself be carried by the surrounding nature.

Stay near Puy du Fou

Everything was as we expected...perhaps even a bit more! Wish we could have stayed a dsy or two more.Lovely friendly welcome from the owner.We didn't have time to use the pool and hot tub facilities but they looked very inviting.

Gîte atypique et totalement dépaysant. La décoration est très soignée, jusque dans les moindres détails et l'équipement du logement est extrêmement complet.Les prestations annexes (piscine couverte, sauna, jacuzzi ) sont un réel plus et sont, là encore, d'un haut niveau (nous n'en n'avons malheureusement guère profité, notre sejour étant dédié a la visite du Puy du fou).Enfin, l'hôte des lieux, Béatrice, est charmante et accueillante...notons que nous avons apprécié le petit cadeau de bienvenue et les petites surprises du logement...Nous sommes vraiment ravis de ce séjour !

Accueil très agréable de notre hôte Béatrice. Le logement correspond parfaitement à l'annonce avec quelques petites surprises en prime qui ont ravi nos enfants et nous-mêmes. Idéalement situé à 20 min à peine du Puy du fou. Joli petit village médiéval, châteaux aux alentours pour les amoureux d'histoire. La piscine, le jacuzzi et le sauna presque rien que pour nous ( une autre famille dans le gîte voisin) ! Nous recommandons vivement le bistrot des copains.

Très bel hébergement, atypique et bien équipé.La propriété est proche du centre-ville et des commerces tout en étant au calme. La proximité avec le Puy du Fou notamment est appréciable.L’espace bien-être (piscine, jacuzzi et sauna) est adapté à toutes les tranches d’âge.Nous recommandons sans réserve cette belle location.

Un gite parfait pour prolonger l'ambiance du Puy du Fou

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour, en dehors du temps. Le gite est si joliment thématisé dans l'esprit d'un bistro 1900 ! Nos filles ont adoré joué au restaurant ! Equipements au top, rien ne manque. La piscine est superbe ! Un séjour parfait ! Une hôtesse très disponible et très aimable.

On s'y sent bien ...

Nous avons passé 10 beaux jours dans le gite "au cafe des amis". Une decoration atypique et originale, avec tout ce quil faut. Un patios agreable des le petit matin sous le soleil de Vendée . La zone de detente a été grandement apprécié par tous.... Merci a Béatrice pour son cadeau d'accueil qui a enchanté les papilles et a son sourire bienveillant. Nous y reviendront sans doute ... Très bon rapport qualité prix : nous conseillons

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce gîte très propre et bien équipé, et à la décoration si originale. La propriétaire est charmante, disponible et a multiplié les petites attentions : marque page au nom du gîte, petits savons naturels, petit pot de miel local, goûter d'arrivée. On se sent bien accueilli. Une petite terrasse couverte permet de petit déjeuner et de déjeuner au soleil et à l'abri du vent. La piscine intérieure est spacieuse et très agréable : les baies donnent sur une terrasse en bois avec vue sur la campagne environnante. Aux alentours, nous avons apprécié une jolie randonnée à Vouvan, une autre sur Pouzauges, un parcours à énigmes en centre ville de Pouzauges, le très moderne musée des mines de Faymoreau, la forêt de Mervent, la visite du parc du Puy du Fou. Pas le temps de s'ennuyer ! Petit conseil pour encore mieux profiter du séjour : penser à emporter une sortie de bain ou une robe de chambre afin de se rendre à la piscine (maison à contourner) ou pour les levers nocturnes (la chambre parentale étant séparée du logement par la petite terrasse couverte, qui, bien qu'entièrement fermée par un volet roulant, reste fraîche la nuit à la mi-saison).

Un lieu parfait pour de belles vacances

Un gîte superbe, qui permet de prolonger l'expérience hors du temps du Puy du Fou, tout en proposant tout le confort "moderne". L'espace détente / piscine est très bien aménagé, et extrêmement agréable lors des fortes chaleurs de cet été. ... One of a kind experience

Nothing to think about, just book it! Our stay exceeded expectations. We had tickets to Puy de Fou and this rental felt like an extension of the “theme park” experience (just a short drive there and back). Every unique detail was thought of. Our family of four had plenty of space to spread out as needed. We felt right at home. We loved having access to the pool, hot tub and sauna…We used them a lot! Great communication and welcome from the owner. We have already recommended it to several friends.
