Just a 15 minute drive to the University of Georgia's Sanford Stadium, our 3,500 square foot ranch is located on 14+ acres of beautiful woods to explore with a half-mile trail and a creek to enjoy. The spacious upstairs has a renovated kitchen open to the living and dining areas. Large windows with great nature views. It can easily accommodate 16+ guests.
