Detached chalet adjoining our home in the village / ski resort of Bonneval sur Arc.
Bright, spacious and warm apartment.
Renovated in 2018.
The apartment is on 2 levels.
On the ground floor fitted kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, senséo, multi-function robot, ....) dining area (table for 8 with extension) which lead to a living room (2 sofas, 2 armchairs, coffee table, large TV, DVD player, board games, stereo, libraries) and upstairs a master suite with a 160x200 bed and a bathroom with bath and basin, a bedroom with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed , a bedroom with 2 90 x 190 cm beds side by side, a bathroom with shower, sink and heated towel rail. 1 WC on the ground floor and 1 WC on the first floor.
Small laundry room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner, household products ...
Each bedroom has access to a south-facing balcony, mountain view.
In summer in front of the chalet you can benefit from a private terrace with table, garden chairs, barbecue, deckchairs ...
