Our fully renovated unit offers an open-concept layout with equipped kitchen and living room on the main floor. Upstairs, the loft style master bedroom features a king size bed, full bathroom, and washer/dryer. Floor to ceiling windows make it a bright and inviting space with views of the Caribbean Sea and Buck Island. Open the new windows to take in the ocean breeze and view. Front and back patios also provide private outdoor spaces to relax.

Our unit is located on the desirable East End of St. Croix at The Reef. The Reef is a gated complex offering a pool, tennis and pickleball courts, 9 hole golf course and disc golf course. The beautiful white sandy beach of Teague Bay is accessible from the property.

Our family lives on a farm in Iowa. While it is a wonderful place to live, winters here are no joke. Since we like to take a break from the freezing winter temps, we have visited many different Caribbean Islands. We finally visited the island of St Croix, and promptly fell in love with it!

Why they chose this property

Our condo is on the East End at The Reef. We chose the Reef for several reasons. It is in a quiet, relaxing, and peaceful area. It has a beautiful beach. The sand is fine (not rocky) and the water is a beautiful blue. Our unit was completely remodeled by the previous owners (as seen on the TV show "Caribbean Life"). Since we can't be there all the time, we are sharing it with you. We hope you love it as much as we do. Have a great time at "Wouldn't It Be Nice".
