About this property

Family Cottage for 2021

Welcome to Huron Haven, our 3 bedroom family cottage located in the quaint beach town of Point Clark. The cottage is an easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful, clean, accessible public beach offering change rooms, washrooms, historic lighthouse, playground and nearby pizza and ice cream shop.

We have made many improvements to the open concept cottage over the last few years including a new kitchen. The 3 bedrooms consists of 2 queen beds, 1 single bunk bed with pull out trundle bed and comfortably sleeps 6.

Our yard is lined with trees and offers lots of space for play and a fire pit for relaxing at night. The back patio is covered by a gazebo with outdoor dining space. New for 2021 brand new backyard, leveled and more space. Also new front deck to be built, pictures to follow.

Huron haven aptly named.

Sparkling clean ,pretty, and so peaceful and comfortable. And I loved the beach , only a short stroll away.

Gorgeous new deck

We sat out front on the beautiful new deck for one evening meal and had our second evening meal out back with the lights on. The interior is fresh and really well maintained. The owners have put a lot of love and attention into the cottage. We walked to the Lighthouse to walk along the beach and drove in to Kincardine for ice cream and butter tarts. A girlfriend weekend doesn't get much better!!!! Thank you for sharing your cottage.

Amazing Experience

Cottage was clean, bright and airy! Living space both indoors and outdoors was spacious! Whether sitting on the large deck at front having a coffee in the morning or back deck having supper, there was lots of choice to be comfortable temperature wise. Private and quiet location. Rebecca was quick to respond to our questions. Lots of activities provided for outdoor and indoor use. Would love to go back! Thank you for the memories Rebecca!

Perfect Place To Decompress

We loved this location. Rebecca was so prompt on any correspondence and the place has pretty much all you need to completely relax and enjoy the natural surroundings. Neighbours are super friendly and it is such a lovely quiet area. Definitely would stay here again. Such a treat!

Great place to relax

Very quiet neighborhood, good to walk nice beach just a few minutes away. Cottage very well equipped, very clean.

Wonderful Weekend

Rebecca's cottage has everything you need from a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, games, bikes, and a swing set. It is an easy walk to a nice sandy beach and the lighthouse. It is very close to Goderich if you want to go to the theater to see a movie or do some shopping. Rebecca answered all questions before our trip and she provided a lot of information about the cottage and local restaurants and things to do in the area. Rebecca is an amazing host!!
