Exceptional view of the ocean, the beach at your feet!

Our crossing apartment overlooks the beautiful beach of Sainte Marguerite. On one side the ocean and the coast are 180 ° on a large terrace (15m2), on the other the kitchen and one of the 2 bedrooms open onto a balcony side park.
Direct access to the beach, secure residence (park, access air parking by digicode + closed box depending on the size of the car).
Room of life of 30m2 giving on the terrace by 2 picture windows. Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave oven, gas burners, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle). 2 rooms in a row: the first with 1 bunk bed ideal for children, the 2nd overlooking park with bed 160 quality. Bathroom with large shower, separate WC. Sheets and 1 shower towel / pers. provided. The terrace is equipped with a dining area, a small lounge, 2 chiliennes, an electric griddle. High chair and cot on request.
Free access to the residence's tennis (on reservation). Sailing school, bar / beach restaurant and kids' club in summer only. Coastal path to Saint Nazaire on one side, to the tip of Croisic on the other ...
Local shops at 800m (small market on Wednesdays and Sundays). Halles market Pornichet (Saturday) at 3.2km; Saint Mark market (Sunday) and Mr Hulot beach at 3km.
