A spacious, one room studio, steps away from Oregon Beach. Located at the end of Main Street, with access to all that Cotuit has to offer; the cottage is nestled in a quiet, wooded property. The room is clean and bright, with all of the amenities that will make you feel relaxed and content after a day of exploring the Cape. It is equipped with a brand new kitchenette and washer/dryer. It has a queen bed and a comfortable pullout sofa.

This property offers easy access to many Cape attractions including: Mashpee Commons, The Cahoon Museum of American Art, Lowell Park, where the Cape Cod baseball League's Cotuit Kettleers play, Cotuit Center for the Arts, and day trips to the National Seashore and Provincetown. It is also conveniently located between Woods Hole and Hyannis where you can access the ferries to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket.

Peaceful and lovely

The studio is airy, bright, quiet, private, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and fully equipped. The enclosed porch is a wonderful amenity, as is the close proximity to the small beach.

This is the place to stay

Amazing area, quiet and very relaxing. Would definitely stay here again! Spent a lot of the time on the screened in porch, easy access and walking distance to the beach. Highly recommended!!

Peaceful!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is tucked in the woods so it was very peaceful. The only complaint is the mosquitoes, but that’s expected having a house in the woods. We went with our two-year-old Son so we were looking for a quiet place away from crowded areas and this was exactly what we were looking for. My son was able to have fun and be a two-year-old without anyone complaining about the noise since the house was tucked away. This is a plus if you’re going with a little one! We also really enjoyed having the screened porch.Short walk to a small private beach, and about a 15 min drive to a larger beach. The owners are a very accommodating. I would stay here again.

This well appointed Cape Cottage is Amazing

We spent a long weekend at this charming Cape Cod cottage to celebrate my wife’s birthday, and it was everything we hoped for and more. My wife had a wonderful time unwinding and spending quality time with me and our dog, Champ. The cottage was cozy, beautifully maintained, and thoughtfully equipped—it had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t.Our host, Heather, was exceptional—responsive, attentive, and made sure our stay was seamless from start to finish.If you’re looking to surprise your spouse or partner with a romantic getaway, this is the place. The private beach access, peaceful wooded walking trails, excellent nearby eateries, and warm, welcoming locals made this trip truly special. We can’t wait to return!

Lovely wooded setting, walking distance to quiet beach

A lovely and quiet stay in a large studio with A/C, fast internet, TV, and (most importantly in a rental property) a comfortable bed with a great firm mattress.

Great spot to stay!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here for our wedding. It was clean, larger than expected (which was great for the bridesmaids getting ready), very dog-friendly, and secluded. Having a private beach within a short walk was a great perk. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. We very much appreciated the congratulations flowers from the host. We will stay here again when we are back on the Cape.

The Perfect Get Away!

Summer Fun

Perfect vacation!

This was our second summer in a row staying at this house and it was just as nice the second time around! It’s tucked away in the woods off the main road, but only minutes away from dining, shopping, and a great little private beach. The house itself is perfect for what we needed and is great for small families or couples. If you’re looking for a peaceful Cape Cod getaway, you’ll definitely want to stay here!

I felt our place was a great value and the right price. The location was perfect for us as the cottage was close to downtown Cotuit. All the appliances were modern and the heating and cooling was fine. We'll be repeat customers

Cozy and peaceful stay

We loved our getaway weekend! This cottage was perfect for my fiancé and I. We got engaged on our trip at the private beach just a few minutes away so it was very special. Just make sure to spray tons of bug spray because the cottage is in the woods. Fantastic spot and close to different things to do like restaurants, wineries/breweries, shopping, etc

Peaceful cottage in the woods

My daughter and I stayed for a girls’ get away. I can’t say enough great things about this cottage. Very clean with just enough amenities to make it feel like home. The bed linens and towels were luxurious! The sofa bed and King bed were very comfortable. My favorite part was the screened porch with beautiful patio furniture. It was private, quiet and an easy car ride to all that the Cape has to offer. I highly recommend! I can’t wait to visit again!

Great location.

Very clean and comfortable. Owner responsive to our needs. Needs newer TV as picture and print wasn’t clear. Also, front motion light was not working on right side.

The cottage is very nice for two people. The walk to beach is cute but small. The kitchen is barely functional.There needs to be someplace to hang wet towels. Please fix the front door lock it is a problem.

Lovely quiet getaway

Wonderful spot to be in the cape but away from the hustle and bustle and traffic. Open airy hideaway surrounded by forest . Heads up however to bring basics like paper towels, a sink sponge, salt and pepper and spices if you like too cook. The pullout couch is a little rough for guests. But overall excellent .

First Trip to Cape

Great place in beautiful neighborhood close to small beach and amenities. Didn’t want for anything. Perfect home base for day trips to Coast Guard Beach, Osterville, Hyannis and even did a long bike ride to Chatham. Close to Mashpee Commons and Cape Cod Mall for shopping on rainy days. We went to Cotuit Fresh Market every day and enjoyed meals at nearby Kettle Ho, Villagio and Fig Tree Cafe. Only downside were the mosquitoes which hung thickly in the piney location of rental.

Perfect

The host, Heather, quickly responded to any messages I sent. The property was very clean and well stocked with items you might not think of bringing like Off bug spray, Technu to prevent poisen ivy, a cooler and beach chairs. Linens and towels were top notch. The property is private in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to beach. Great restaurants not far away. Took in a Cape Cod baseball game which is free and just down the road. Will definitely return

This guest house was great!

We had such a nice time staying in the guest house along with our dog. I was so happy that pets were accepted. It's a very quiet neighborhood and the guest house is set off to the side in a wooded and private area. Our host, Heather, is very thoughtful and stocked the house with everything we might need for our stay. She was quick to respond and was helpful with any questions I had before and during our stay. It was also immaculately clean so I was happy about that.The private beach was a very short walk and absolutely beautiful. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay with a great host. We plan to return in the near future. Thank you for having us!
