- Lounge (30m2) equipped with a fireplace.
- Kitchen (20m2) fully equipped (American fridge, electric oven, microwave, hob (electric and gas), dishwasher and washing machine.
Night party:
- 2 rooms of 12 m2 with cupboard (1 bed of 160 + 2 beds of 90).
- 1 parental suite (room of 15m2, 1 bed of 190, room of independent water).
- 1 second bathroom.
