This recently renovated Viking Lodge studio is the perfect spot for a couple or small family. You enter in the sleeping area with a queen-size bed. A barn door closes off the sleeping area for more privacy. There is a full bathroom with a washer and dryer and a separate shower/water closet. The open living and dining room is perfect for a small gathering. The couch folds out to a queen-size sleeper sofa. There is a brand new 50” flat screen mounted on the wall for your viewing pleasure. The unit is ground floor and the San Miguel river is just steps away from the covered patio. There are several chairs for sitting and enjoying coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Please note that the bunk bed does not have a top railing. It is not suitable for small children or the elderly.

The Viking Lodge has several grills to use, along with a saltwater pool and hot tub. Once you stay at the Viking Lodge 115, you will never want to leave! Telluride and the surrounding area have featured prominently in pop culture. It has been name-dropped in popular songs and the backdrop has starred in movies. It is especially known for the ski resort and spectacular slopes during the winter, and a next-level summer festival schedule.

• Community hot tub (year-round) and sparkling swimming pool (summer). Viking Lodge HOA has control over the common areas, including the tub and pool. We do not guarantee HOA amenities as we have no control over them. Winter usage is heavier, and it will require maintenance and dump fills fairly often. We will inform you as soon as we are made aware. We are at no financial liability if the hot tub is out of order during your stay.
