Luxurious ocean front condo with all the amenities. Ocean front living room with large balcony open to gorgeous 180 degree views from Catalina to Malibu. Recently remodeled, hardwood floors & floor to ceiling windows. 64" smart LCD HD TV in living room, smart LCD HD TV in bedroom, Wi-Fi, Gourmet Kitchen. Bedroom has King Bed with luxury linens. There is no central heat or air conditioning. Most of the ocean front properties do not have as they have ocean breeze. Walk, jog, swim, surf or soak up the sun and the spectacular sunsets on the quiet, beautiful beach. Enjoy ocean front privacy as there's no bike path on the beach. Short walk to Venice Pier/ Marina shops / Restaurants.
