The place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the corner balcony overlooking the property. Walking distance to shops and restaurants was a definite plus. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed! The pool and beach access was a short 3 minute walk. It was the perfect stay for us. As with every condo, the couch may need replacing soon. We look forward to another stay!

Nestled right in the middle of our 3 island Hawaii vacation was this absolute gem of a condo. Spacious. Clean. Perfect for our family of 4. Complete with pool pass to Hilton, golf discount and washer and dryer!This was a perfect location in the middle of Waikoloa village. We rented a car, but most amenities were walkable. The entire property was beautiful, including the clubhouse and outdoor pool leading to a gorgeous beach. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and would highly recommend to any travelers coming to Big Island.

Size, location were terrific. Unfortunately the carpet is worn, tired and dirty. Also the LR couch is extremely uncomfortable and worn. Everything else was great.

Clean, well maintained property in a great location!

Very nice, quiet location close to everything in Waikaloa. Our family had a great time snorkeling, exploring the pool at the Hilton and on site, as well as, having some great food at Lava Lava. Great family trip overall.

Great condo in a great location

We had a great time on vacation here. The condo had a very nice pool area and was convenient to the beach as well. The Hilton pass was wonderful- we spent time at the pool there as well as the lagoon!

Great location

Condo is beautiful and exactly as seen online. Location is perfect - right between the Marriott and the Hilton with closer access to the Marriott. Highly recommend Hawaii Calls pool bar/restaurant at the Marriott!

Week in Kona

We booked this Vrbo for 8 days for a spring break trip. The unit was clean and well stocked. We also appreciated all the beach equipment as previous rentals didn't come with anything. We would stay here again.

We have stayed here multiple times in ten years. It is a fantastic location. This unit could be best served with some updates to the interior furnishings. They are getting a bit old and worn.

The condo was very centrally located and well appointed. We had a fabulous time. The second bedroom with its massive onsuite was perfect for two teenage girls. They felt like they had their own apartment. The central location was also perfect because they could walk to the gorgeous pool, market, the movies, the shops and the beach by themselves so they got in some quality free range kid time.Additionally, Resortica Hawaii, the property management company for the rental was absolutely wonderful. Everything was seamless.

Love Kolea

This is our 4th stay at Kolea. Only needed 2 bedrooms this trip and this property was perfect. Nice master bedroom and bath. The guest room with 2 queen beds and 2 separate sink/counter areas in the bathroom was perfect for two adult family members. Kitchen, living room and lanai as described and met our needs. Hope to return next year.
