Secluded 3-storey house with its own pool and garden. The house is fully equiped with 3 rooms plus 2 resting areas. The garden has a private pool with shower, sunbeds, bbq and an 8-persons dining table under a kiosk with view to the pool. Also has 2 parking lots and view to the mountain. Very close to the beach and tavernas and walking distance to the market. Great area to explore the surrounding beaches and sites. The villa is located in a small settlement with private entrance.

Perfect location for a relaxing holiday

My husband, sister and I and our 2 year old son had a wonderful stay at this idyllic house. The host made everything so easy and comfortable for us and the extra details of organising a swing and a paddling pool for our little boy made it even more special. We particularly enjoyed the use of the huge pool and beautiful garden and the close proximity to Possidi meant we could enjoy the wide variety of restaurants nearby. A beautiful house in a beautiful location!

Really nice house, and absolutely incredible garden and pool area. Enormous pool one can actually do laps in, lots of outdoor seating and very beautiful. Very nice host and immediate responses by text. But lacked some basic kitchen utensils like a cooking knife, scissors, a cereal bowl or a serviceable bbq grill. Also, it would be more honest to say this is actually in a small village called Kalandra, which is a 7-8 minute drive and 15-20 minute walk to Posidi.

Fabulous garden and big pool. However, kitchen and bathroom are in need of updating. Very difficult to prepare food due to lack of things such as cooks knives, bread knife, flat chopping board. The air-conditioning is only on 1st floor sitting area so doesnt very effectively cool the bedrooms. Whatever you do, don't drive onto the property. There is nowhere to turn around and the drive is too narrow to reverse easily.The host was super responsive and the area was great (the property is on the outskirts of Kalandra) and we had a fantastic holiday.

Summer holiday

A lovely holiday home with a fantastic pool and 3 mins drive to a beautiful beach with crystal clear sea. Family of 6 (3 adults and 3 children between 8 and 12 years old) were very comfortable here, air con upstairs for a good nights sleep, cool downstairs with the thick walls. Outside seating area in the shade was very welcome and used multiple times daily. Excellent large pool. Parking under cover which made the car cool to get into despite the heat. Multiple supermarkets just a short drive for any supplies needed. So many restaurants close by in Scala Fourkas, Possidi and many more a little further afield in Afytos, Pefkochori, Nea Skioni amongst places we visited. Great communication with Susana and I’m sure we will be back again

Super entspannter Urlaub

Super nette Vermieter, die uns bereits vor der Abreise sowie vor Ort mit allen wichtigen und nützlichen Daten und Informationen für unseren Urlaub versorgt haben. Dies reichte von aktuellen Informationen zur Covid-19 Lage, bis hin zu Ausflugszielen und Restaurants. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gereinigt Der Garten ist groß und gepflegt und der Pool ist einach Spitze, um auch mal eine entspannten Tag am Haus zu verbringen oder sich Morgens bzw. Abends zu erfrischen. Alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Bäcker, Supermarkt, Fleischerei,.. .) sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Entfernung (1,5km) zum Strand legt man am besten mit dem Auto zurück. Die Strände sind sehr breit und sauber, aber mit kleinen Steinen versehen, die den Einstieg etwas erschweren. An den Strände gibt es Bars und viele Restaurants. Rundum lässt sich das Urlaubsgebiet und die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
