The description below remains accurate as the interior of the condominium and beach remain perfect and beautiful post Hurricane Ian. The condo complex is repairing its pool and shared amenities which remain under repair for the time-being. Stay here while you remodel or want to still enjoy the beach and the reopening of your favorite Fort Myer's Beach restaurants. This is a no-smoking condo (no smoking indoors or on the condo lanai). No kids. No pets. Elevator is working.
