TO NOTE:
1. Pembayaran harus lunas 48 jam sebelum check in. Slow respon dan keterlambatan pembayaran dari tamu akan menyebabkan penundaan tanggal check in.
2. Tolong isi jumlah tamu dengan tepat & jujur dan ceritakan tujuan menginap.
3. Laporkan jika mengadakan acara dengan peserta lebih dari 4 orang. Jaga ketenangan area pemukiman/tetangga/jalan di depan rumah.
4. Perlengkapan bayi disediakan dengan pemberitahuan lebih awal.
5. Tamu dengan hewan peliharaan harus menyewa seluruh rumah. Tolong letakkan hewan peliharaan di dalam kendang. Dilarang buang air besar/kecil sembarangan. Jangan biarkan makanan, pasir, bulu, bau, dll berserakan mengotori rumah & perabotnya.
6. No prostitution, liquor, drug, gambling, or any other illegal conduct.
7. Copy of passport, visa, or KTP is required during check-in.
8. For Indonesian or mixed couples (Foreigner and Indonesian), please submit your marriage certificate as requested by the local government office.
Untuk pasangan yang berkebangsaan Indonesia atau pasangan campur (Indonesia & Asing), kami memerlukan foto copy buku nikah, sesuai permintaan pengurus RT/RW disini.
9. Please turn off AC and other electrical connections while not in use.
10. Keep clean & neat, especially in the shared area such as kitchen and bathroom.
11. Kindly throw the rubbish into the yellow bin in front of the entrance-wooden door on a daily basis. Atau di tempat sampah umum di depan kiri rumah. Don,t collect them inside the house.


ABOUT THE HOUSE:
This spacious 3-story house has 2 rooms rented out separately. You will (will not) stay with another 1 or a maximum of 2 guests.

Some guests said this house is too big to be stayed alone, so I open another room to give you sharing experience with private feeling. To make you feel more comfortable, I will give a glance at the person whom you will stay with. Free cleaning service in case if you are sharing with another guest.

GETTING AROUND:
We are located in Wonorejo 1 street, parallel the main road, at Tegalsari district in the Center Surabaya. The same area of/close to Tunjungan Plaza. Tegalsari Road & Basuki Rahmat Road where all business offices are. North is Kedungsari Road, West is Kedungdoro Road, South is Pasar Kembang (Traditional Market name Pasar Kembang), East is Kombespol M. Duryat Road.

The best way to reach my house from the airport is via airport taxi where you can book inside the airport at about IDR 140,000 or private own taxi/can lift you find outside the airport building at IDR 90,000 (negotiable).

You can use Grab or Gojek but they are not allowed to get you exactly in front of the arrival gate.

From Tunjungan Plaza, JW Marriott Hotel and Sheraton Hotel about 0,9 km or 20 minutes walk. Taxi cost approximately IDR 10,000.
From Gubeng train station about 3,7 km around 10 minutes' drive depends on traffic. Taxi cost approximately IDR 26,000.
From Pasar Turi train station about 3,4 km around 7 mins drive. Taxi cost approximately IDR 25,000.

These fares will be half cheaper if you take Grab or Gojek.

A grocery shop is a few meters on the left side of the house.

You may download:
- Grab or Gojek application to order food, courier service, cleaning, car & bike ride, pharmacies, etc.
- Klik Indomaret application for groceries and water gallon orders.
- Tokopedia or Shopee for online shopping.


GUEST MANUAL:
- Water pump timer is on the left side of the entrance wooden door, beside the electricity meter on the 1st floor. In case of a low water supply, please turn on the water pump for 20 mins.
- Water pressure timer is in front of the bathroom on the 2nd floor. Turn it on to get good water pressure.
- Keep the steel gate and entrance wooden door locked when you are not around. But don't forget to remove the key from it.
