Not quite what we expected

The building is on the beach, however this suite of rooms has views only of the parking lot. This was unexpected. Two of the bedrooms are open at the top to other rooms, which means all the sound migrates. Each person was provided 1 thin towel/washcloth. Hardly sufficient for 5 days in a humid climate. The toaster was rusted and didn't work properly. We bought our own towels and a new toaster. The suite was clean and had plenty of room, with working TVs in all the rooms. We received a lot of detailed communication from the owner, and although we didn't mind the imperfect English, the tone of the communication was often rude. Their rules are quite strict. The building itself was clean but worn. Felt pretty safe, but definitely not an upscale property.

Great atmosphere

Great location and rooms were accommodating. Owner is a little bit of a micro manager type but I’m sure they deal with spring breakers and may have to be like that. Overall great stay.

Great Location

You won't find a better location. We were right on the beach with a great tiki bar. Study the floor plan because there isn't much privacy for the guests. You have to go through other bedrooms to get to bathrooms and to the connecting unit. If you're okay with that, it is a nice place. I didn't care for the impersonal communication. The owner wouldn't text and there are way too many threats of fees for this and that. These were both in the written communication and posted throughout the unit. If you clog the drain, $ fee. If you lose the laundry card, $ fee. If you set off the fire alarm, $. I would have preferred a more cordial and inviting atmosphere, but if you're okay with that, it was a nice place in a great location.
