Discover the small house "Petite Rhapsodie" (60m2) located in the heart of Arcachon in the picturesque district of the Winter City, next to the Moorish Park with its playgrounds for children and near the city center and beaches of Arcachon. Discover its interior of charm and character, completely renovated and to comfortably accommodate 4 people. Relax with an aperitif on its terrace and its small fenced garden, facing southwest (45m2) and out of sight. The house is composed of a new kitchen entirely equipped, a stay dining room, a separated toilet, 2 rooms: 1 room West with double bed 160 x 200 and room of water and privative shower and 1 room North with double bed 160 x 200 with bathroom and large private shower, and also a laundry area with washing machine, and other equipment ... Sheets, towels and linens are provided.

Short stay in Arcachon

The property is small but well equipped and in a beautiful area of the town. Jean Paul the owner was very efficient in helping with any questions and with checking in and out. Only criticism is that it would enhance the apartment if there were a few more basic items like coffee, tea, water and cleaning products as part of a welcome pack. Overall really good though.

Séjour parfait, jolie petite maison proche de tout

Hébergement idéal pour 4 (nous étions en famille, 2 adultes et 2 enfants). Propre, bien équipée, tout était très pratique. Terrasse idéale dès que le soleil pointe le bout de son nez.Et surtout, idéalement placé à 2 minutes du Parc Mauresque, 5 minutes du marché, et très proche de la plage. Parfait pour notre petite famille.Accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant.Encore merci !

Très beau séjour

Nous découvrions cette région et nous n'avons pas été déçus. la bassin d'Arcachon est magnifique et nous avons eu la chance d'avoir le beau temps.Très bon hébergement avec un propriétaire sympathique et disponible. la maison est idéalement placée dans la ville d'hiver au cœur du quartier des villas historiques et au calme.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Caroline und Jean-Paul. Super gelegen in der Ville d'Hiver, aber nur 10 Gehminuten durch den Parc Mauresque in die Stadtmitte und zur Strandpromenade.Gratisparkplätze in der Strasse vor dem Haus. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles. Philippe, Mathis und Jules ivordem Haus.

Ruhige Lage, aber schnell im Zentrum oder am Strand

Das kleine Haus Petit Rhapsodie ist im schönen Stadtteil Hiver in ruhiger Umgebung gelegen. Zum Zentrum oder zum Strand ist man zu Fuß in weniger als 15 min. Das Häuschen ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, genauso wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Alles ist in sehr gutem Zustand. In der Küche haben wir alles gefunden, was wir benötigten. Die Betten waren bequem und für französische Verhältnisse sehr breit. Der Vermieter hat das Check-in und -out persönlich übernommen, ein sehr netter Franzose, der auch englisch und etwas deutsch sprach. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall.

1er fois à Arcachon

Nous avons fais beaucoup de vélos vu qu'il y plein de bonne pistes cyclables. s'est un très belle endroit. La maison ce situe sur le coin de la rue , le seul bémol en journée il y a beaucoup de bruit de circulation automobile. SINNESAEL WILLIAM.

Vacances au paradis

Nous étions allées plusieurs fois au Cap Ferret, et je connaissais moins Arcachon. Grâce à la location de la Petite Rhapsodie, idéalement située, nous avons pu profiter de cette magnifique ville, de son ambiance si apaisante et à la fois si enrichissante. Cette location est un petit paradis au paradis. Tout y est conforme à l'annonce; confort, espace, décoration..., tout y est pour pour passer un merveilleux séjour, sans oublier la gentillesse des hôtes.

Maison très agréable et calme, idéalement située dans la ville d’hiver. Très proche du centre ville, idéal pour faire les courses et aller au marché à pied! Maison très bien équipée et propre. Schönes und sauberes kleines Haus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und die Ausstattung bietet alles, was man für einen Urlaub braucht. In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es war sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Herrn Szomonyak und Frau Van Lith hat gut geklappt. Auch Arcachon hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen :-) Vielen Dank.
