It is composed of a large room dedicated to your friends or family reception and the cooked meals preparation in a really convivial manner thanks to the kitchen island. The kitchen is fully equipped (3 ovens, induction plates, retractable hood, dishwasher, fridge…). For your relaxation time, you will have at your disposal a lounge to watch the connected 4K TV. A ""trendy"" decoration with lightness and a just proportion of items will allow you to enjoy good moments in a unique place under the Angers roofs.

Wow, great location yet an oasis of calm!

We based ourselves for two weeks at the Conciergerie in one of their beautiful apartments. Our contact Marc was always available to help and maintained the entire complex meticulously. The amazing location in the center of an extensive shopping and restaurant district was so convenient, yet the calm courtyard that the units faced onto was a welcome oasis of peace with indeed the sound of turtledoves as advertised. The lawn is green, the flowers and other plants numerous. What a welcome retreat after a busy day. We very much appreciated everything at this vacation rental and recommend it to others. Thank you Marc!

Un havre de paix en plein centre ville

Parmi les locations que nous avons réalisé, celle ci se classe dans le top du top. Le confort d'être en plein centre ville, sans bruit, sans vis-à-vis et dans un lieu très bien entretenu (et beau) justifie cette appréciation. Le propriétaire des lieux est un très bon hôte. Disponible, pas envahissant. On reviendra !

A true gem

Darling through and through... the immaculate cleanliness and coolness factor are top notch. The host was so sweet (and was patient with our minimal French vocabulary). The space is decked with everything you need for your stay. We chose this rental mainly for air conditioning and the stylishness. We got this and so much more... It’s perfectly located in the city center and steps from excellent dining (the Pakistan restaurant up the road is fantastic). Loved it!!! Will be back ; )
