This family oriented home boasts a family room with an L shaped couch which is open to a large dining room (seats up to 12 with leaf in table). Additional bonus room has carpet with an L shaped couch and smart TV.
4 Bedrooms - all upstairs:
Master sleeps 2
Bedroom #2 sleeps 2 (full bed)
Bedroom #3 sleeps 2 (full bed)
Bedroom #4 sleeps 2 (full bed)
Downstairs bedroom #5 sleeps 2 (queen bed)
The backyard has sitting areas and a patio table, a ping pong table, a grassy area, and an enclosed chicken coop.
There is a sitting area on the front porch.
Location is 5 minutes to Wildwood Park, 30 minutes to Malibu and other beaches, 40 minutes to Universal Studios.
There is a guest house in the rear corner of the yard that is completely separate/fenced off. This tenant does share the side yard entryway with the main house.
There is a $15 charge/day for utilities. If utility cost is over $1000 for your stay (anything one month or under) you will be charged the excess. Utilities consist of water, gas and electric. (Gas is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE currently).
