• The Space •
The 4bd/4ba home is just a few minutes drive from downtown Calistoga on an easy, main road.

The home is approximately 2,000 square feet.

Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom. If guests are sleeping in the living room, the bathroom in Bedroom 4 also features access from the hallway so guests can use a bathroom without walking through a bedroom.

In bedroom 2 the bedding can be arranged as 2 single beds *or* as 1 King bed as the single beds can be combined to form a King bed. Please note that we do require advanced notice to prepare these beds to your preference so please inquire first if making a last-minute or same-day reservation.

The additional bedding offered in the home is a Queen sofa bed in the living room and a single rollaway bed. Please note that in addition to the King bed in Bedroom 3 there is a daybed that is comfortable for overnight use like a regular bed.

We also have complimentary portacrib(s) and highchair(s) can be made available for guest use (please ask if you would like to reserve these items).

Although the listing says "no AC" there is actually partial air conditioning in this home in the form of window unit and an attic fan, and, the home does stay naturally cool in the warmer months if the doors/windows and blinds/curtains are left closed during the day.

Guests are welcome to use the fireplace (a wood burning stove), but check to make sure that it is not a "No Burn" day before using it, as by law burning is prohibited + penalties will be assessed.

We keep the grapes from the premium bloc of the vineyard to produce our award-winning and 91+point 100% single vineyard, single varietal Red, Rose, and Fortified wines under our Chelsea Vineyards wine label. Additionally, we produce our estate grown 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Guests love lounging on the private deck and watching the grapes grow while sipping our Cabernet Sauvignon and Rose of Cabernet Sauvignon and enjoying a charcuterie platter, salad, fish dishes etc. with our olive oil.

• Interaction With Guests •
Closer to arrival, you will receive the combination for a lock box so you can retrieve your key and you check yourself in and check yourself out anytime within the rental period.

• Other Things To Note •
The hot tub is included in the rental rate *except* for stays that include November 1-March 31. If you would like to add the hot tub to your stay during this time period the cost is $125 (non-refundable). Please note that the hot tub amenity may not be available for same-day reservations during this time period, please inquire with any questions.

The home is located in the middle of a working vineyard and olive tree orchard and because of this you may occasionally see workers on the property. You are welcome to walk the property and we have benches set-up around the perimeter of the property for you to enjoy. Please note, however, that guests should not handle the vines or trees nor pick the grapes or olives and the gate to access the property must be kept closed at all times.

Cell service may be limited at the property depending on your service provider. The home does have strong WiFi as well as a landline should you want to call a local number (including our contact phone number should you need assistance).

Please note that we are unable to accommodate arrivals or departures on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day. You are more than welcome to book a stay that includes these holidays, but we can not accommodate check-in or check-out on these holidays. Sometimes exceptions can be arranged, please inquire if interested.
