Kitchen includes refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher and microwave as well as basic cookware/silverware. TOT Permit #P-00056.
I-5 easy access just 1 mile away.
No smoking or vaping.
A/C, couch and pellet stove.
Pool access.

We just loved this place. Out in the country with horses/ ponyā€™s and cattle. This place was very clean and pet friendly. Very nice people that live next door. We would come back to stay again.

Chelley was great and communicated on a timely manner. We were able to access the house easily off the main highway. Set in Cottonwood, it is between Red Bluff and Redding...Chelley was accommodating by letting us use a cot for 1 more person...Thank you again.

Very cute little cottage and you get 2 adorable and very friendly ponies that come with it. We had our 2 midsize dogs with us and it was very pet friendly. Very good road to take them for walks, hardly any traffic and everyone is very friendly waving and saying hello. There are other dogs that come running to the fence down the road but they stay in their yards, just a heads up. Chelley, the host, was very friendly and was ready for our arrival. We didnā€™t use the pool, so canā€™t speak to that. The kitchen cupboards are very high and Iā€™m on the short side, almost 5ā€™3ā€, and I couldnā€™t reach the bowls so my husband had to fetch them for me which was kinda funny. So if youā€™re shorter than me and alone you probably wonā€™t be able to reach high enough to get in the cupboards and use the microwave. We enjoyed our stay and it was a great location for what we needed.

This lovely little cottage was a perfect waypoint on our drive back up north from CA. Chelley was very responsive and the accommodations were as advertised. The bed was too squishy for my bad back, but everyone likes a diff mattress! Thanks for a very needed stay!

Cottonwood Stopover

We were heading up North and our stay in Cottonwood worked out very well. We had a load of camping gear and the property felt very secure which was a plus. Nice kitchen set up and just a short way off the freeway.
