Quiet, and nice neighborhood, family friendly environment, it's centrally located, close to anywhere, just 3 blocks from I-70 exit, 3 mins to Wheeling downtown, 4 mins to Wheeling Island casino, 9 minutes to Ohio Valley Mall, 18 minutes to Moundsville WV, 6 minutes to Oglebay, 5 minutes to Wheeling Hospital.
