This 24 m² studio, divisible by a mobile partition and rated 1 star, is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and is equipped for 4 people. It includes:
- a living room with 2 single beds and 1 single trundle bed, 1 TV, 1 radio
- a kitchen area with 1 combination oven, 1 dishwasher, 2 ceramic hobs, 1 refrigerator, filter coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, raclette set, fondue set
- a bathroom
- a separate toilet
The terrace with direct access and a view of the slopes faces east. The ski locker is in the residence.

A residence is situated at the foot of ski slopes and provides a view on Les Arcs and Mont Pourri, close to the shops and resort center.
The Carreau area:
This is the central area of Les Coches, with all shops and services lie a ski school ESF and a nursery.
Many events are organized on the Carreau square. Residences are ski-in/ ski-out. Residences are ski-in/ski-out. Ideal parking in the covered car parks under the Zig Zag and Traverse residences nearby, to be reserved through us.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (to be booked at least 7 days in advance): End of stay cleaning, bed linen, towels, baby kit, ski lift passes...
