Seminole Heights is known for being the wonderfully diverse, hip, historic, craft brewery & foodie capital of Tampa. The Urban Nest is an eco-friendly, comfortable and cozy, private and tranquil oasis nestled among the Grand oaks this neighborhood is famous for. It is a guesthouse with its own private entrance, situated at the rear of the property. You have the best of both worlds; centrally located to top Tampa attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. SH offers trendy wine bars and restaurants including a 24-hour diner right up the street. 2 min. to I-275. UPDATE: The Smart a/c window unit has been replaced with a centralized ac/heating system for maximum comfort.
