It’s time to sit back and relax you’re on river time! This 1200 sqft apartment was designed for guests rest, relaxation and fun. Conveniently located near shopping, dining and outdoor activities although you may never want to leave the peace and relaxation. Take in the incredible views of the river from the comforts of patio furniture and umbrella while you watch the massive and majestic ships pass by. Take a steamy hot Sauna then jump into the river to cool off. Book a tour charter on a massive cabin cruiser and just sit back and relax! Breathtaking views in a beautiful apartment makes this an unforgettable riverside destination.

Our stay at the Riverside Retreat was great. We were visiting the area to celebrate a 100th birthday and a wedding shower. This location was very convenient and easy to find. The rental had everything we needed from laundry facilities to games for kids. The view of the water was beautiful and we loved seeing all the ship traffic. Many memories were made here and we hope to stay again in the future.

Repeat customer to this house. Absolutely love the location and the views. Marc is wonderful as a host. The house is so cozy and clean every time. The accommodations such as having pans, cups, coffee pods, just the little things all adds up and helps so you don't have to pack your kitchen sink. We will definitely be back!

Marc decided to let drunk family sleep over during our stay. The half bath downstairs connects to the owner’s property, and there is no way for the renter to secure this door (a violation of VRBO’s policies). These drunk guests were blasting music and cooking at 3am, tried to enter our area, which terrified my child sleeping downstairs. Their guest also spent a good minute looking into our car windows, when we were parked at our entrance. Marc was unreachable by me or VRBO, I spent half a day packing back up and on the phone with VRBO to cancel the remainder of my reservation for these safety & privacy concerns.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! We came to the area so I could meet with a homeowner in Brimley about listing their property, and it turned into a wonderful little work-vacation for us.The home was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The waterfront view was absolutely beautiful, and one of our favorite parts was sitting by the water watching the freighters pass by. It never got old!The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. Most importantly, it gave us a chance to slow down, relax, and enjoy some quality time together.Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. We made some great memories here and would happily stay again!
