The location of this villa is a real asset: situated in a quiet residential area, this villa boasts an unobstructed view of the Madame and Chancel islets and direct access to the sea whilst remaining close to shops.



Ideal for a stay with friends or family, this villa inspired by Tahitian farés spread over several bungalows can accommodate up to 12 travellers.



The central and shared fare has an open lounge area with a large sofa and television, ideal for relaxing moments in front of a film. The kitchen, open to the lounge, is fully equipped (induction hob, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher) and provides everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a toaster, kettle and a filter coffee maker and Nespresso machine are also at your disposal.



On the night side, **3 independent and air-conditioned bungalows** each offer a **king size bed (180/200)** as well as a trundle bed (ideal for 2 children or 2 teenagers). A bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a terrace complete the bungalows.



For your comfort, a washing machine and ironing facilities are at your disposal.



Outside, everything is designed for relaxation:

A beautiful salt-water pool and its solarium area facing the lounge await you for afternoons filled with relaxation. A covered shelter with dining space will allow you to enjoy the barbecue whilst admiring the sunset over the sea. A second shelter will be ideal for evening ti punch all together. A small beach of pebbles and white sand is perfect for snorkelling with masks and snorkels, and access to the pontoon will allow you to moor boats and kayaks.
